【摘要】:高校是眾多學(xué)子聚集、求學(xué)、研究與生活的地方。校園的生活條件、學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境、設(shè)施配套、治安狀況以及安全管理能力,都直接影響著學(xué)子成長過程中的身心健康狀態(tài)。一直以來關(guān)于高校的安全評(píng)定工作都是專家現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查后,在依照檢查表項(xiàng)目評(píng)分來判定高校的安全等級(jí),方法簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用,效果突出,但高校的主體是人,人具有主觀能動(dòng)性,再加上各項(xiàng)因素,使得高校校園成為一個(gè)復(fù)雜多變的動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)。在原有的研究基礎(chǔ)上,如何針對(duì)高校的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,進(jìn)一步開展高校動(dòng)態(tài)安全評(píng)價(jià),達(dá)到及時(shí)消除高校校園安全隱患,遏制事故的發(fā)生,,是實(shí)現(xiàn)高校校園安全評(píng)價(jià)的關(guān)鍵。 本論文針對(duì)國內(nèi)高校安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系研究存在的問題,首先將高校安全評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)容分為學(xué)生身心健康狀態(tài)與校內(nèi)公共安全保障兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng),再以此為基礎(chǔ),兼顧人-物-環(huán)-管四方面評(píng)價(jià)要求,選擇了6個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)用以保證系統(tǒng)要素的完整性;選擇了20個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)用以承上啟下,明確指向;三級(jí)指標(biāo)選擇52個(gè),覆蓋了高校安全關(guān)注的具有可操作性的因素,最后在評(píng)價(jià)算法的選擇上兼顧到研究者與使用者對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)方法的運(yùn)用能力。 深入分析已建立的高校校園靜態(tài)安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系及評(píng)價(jià)方法,結(jié)合高校校園安全監(jiān)控工作網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)的監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo),確定了動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),建立高校動(dòng)態(tài)安全評(píng)價(jià)體系。論文在分析了動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)體系和目前主流的評(píng)價(jià)方法,選用了與目前高校的情況相適應(yīng),操作性很強(qiáng)的層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,作為本文主要的研究方法。本文以建立的動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)模型為核心,開發(fā)了基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的WEB化評(píng)價(jià)軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的可視化,通過實(shí)例計(jì)算分析,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果基本可靠,對(duì)于高校的安全監(jiān)察的工作具有重要的意義和使用價(jià)值。 由于個(gè)人專業(yè)知識(shí)的片面性和局限性,影響高校校園因素的多樣性以及動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)模式本身的復(fù)雜性、不確定性,本文對(duì)于高校動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)僅僅還只是做了一些初步的研究,在以后的研究工作中仍有大量的問題需要完善和改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are a place where many students gather, study, study and live.Campus living conditions, learning environment, facilities, public security and safety management ability, all directly affect the physical and mental state of students in the process of growing up.All along, the work of safety assessment in colleges and universities has been the result of on-the-spot inspection by experts. After judging the safety grade of colleges and universities according to the item score of inspection forms, the method is simple and practical, and the effect is outstanding. But the main body of colleges and universities is people, and people have subjective initiative.In addition, the various factors make the campus a complex and dynamic system.On the basis of the original research, how to carry out the dynamic safety evaluation of colleges and universities in view of the dynamic changes of colleges and universities, so as to eliminate the hidden dangers of campus safety in time and contain the occurrence of accidents, is the key to realize the evaluation of campus safety in colleges and universities.This paper aims at the problems existing in the research of the safety evaluation index system of the domestic universities. Firstly, the content of the safety evaluation of colleges and universities is divided into two subsystems: the state of students' physical and mental health and the security of public safety on campus, and then it is based on this.Taking into account the evaluation requirements of human, material, environment and management, 6 primary indicators were selected to ensure the integrity of the system elements; 20 secondary indicators were selected to link up with the past and clearly point to the following; 52 third-level indicators were selected.It covers the operational factors of university security concerns, and finally takes into account the ability of both researchers and users to use mathematical methods in the selection of evaluation algorithms.This paper deeply analyzes the established static evaluation index system and evaluation method of campus safety in colleges and universities. Combined with the monitoring indexes related to the network of campus safety monitoring in colleges and universities, the dynamic evaluation index is determined, and the dynamic safety evaluation system of colleges and universities is established.In this paper, the dynamic evaluation system and the current mainstream evaluation methods are analyzed. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which are suitable to the current situation in colleges and universities, are selected as the main research methods in this paper.In this paper, based on the established dynamic evaluation model, a WEB evaluation software based on B / S structure is developed. The visualization of evaluation results is realized. The evaluation results are basically reliable through calculation and analysis of examples.It is of great significance and use value for the work of safety supervision in colleges and universities.Because of the one-sidedness and limitation of personal professional knowledge, the diversity of influencing factors and the complexity and uncertainty of the dynamic evaluation model, this paper has only done some preliminary research on the dynamic evaluation of colleges and universities.In the future research work, there are still a large number of problems need to be improved and improved.
