【摘要】:本文對(duì)煤礦井下高臭巷施工中采用的綜掘機(jī)的鉆孔技術(shù)進(jìn)行論述。井下施工存在鉆孔技術(shù)施工難度大的問(wèn)題,往往與工作環(huán)境有關(guān)系,如巷道距離過(guò)長(zhǎng),工作量較大等。采用全新的煤炭斷面掘進(jìn)技術(shù),也稱(chēng)為泥水平平衡頂管施工方法,對(duì)于施工操作流程進(jìn)行實(shí)施,并采用可行性分析的方法對(duì)巖巷泥漿輸送系統(tǒng)的管道輸送展開(kāi)計(jì)算和驗(yàn)證。能夠很好地解決高位抽放瓦斯的施工技術(shù)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the drilling technology of fully mechanized excavator used in the construction of high odor roadway in coal mine is discussed.Borehole construction is difficult in underground construction, which is often related to the working environment, such as the long distance of roadway, the heavy workload and so on.The new coal section tunneling technology, also known as the construction method of mud horizontal balance jacking pipe, is adopted to carry out the construction operation flow, and the feasibility analysis method is adopted to calculate and verify the pipeline transportation of the mud conveying system in rock roadway.It can solve the construction technical problem of high level gas drainage.
