【摘要】:煤炭是不可再生的戰(zhàn)略資源,我國(guó)是世界煤炭消費(fèi)最大的國(guó)家,同時(shí),也是煤礦事故多發(fā)國(guó)家。伴隨著煤炭的開(kāi)采,礦難頻頻發(fā)生,其中瓦斯事故已經(jīng)成為了煤礦安全的“第一殺手”。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)礦井安全生產(chǎn)的科學(xué)化、自動(dòng)化和預(yù)防的準(zhǔn)確性,避免事故的發(fā)生,需要一種能夠動(dòng)態(tài)跟隨礦井的工作面,可靠性高,造價(jià)適中,自動(dòng)化程度高的多點(diǎn)多安全參數(shù)的檢測(cè)與報(bào)警系統(tǒng)。 為了滿足煤礦井下安全監(jiān)測(cè)的需要,本文基于Zigbee的無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò),設(shè)計(jì)了一種礦井瓦斯監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),由無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、通信協(xié)調(diào)器和上位機(jī)監(jiān)測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)三部分組成。無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊位于系統(tǒng)的最前端,,負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)瓦斯?jié)舛取囟群惋L(fēng)速等現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行采集,采集得到的數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)調(diào)理轉(zhuǎn)換后傳送給到無(wú)線傳輸設(shè)備,通過(guò)無(wú)線收發(fā)模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)與通訊基站之間的數(shù)據(jù)交換。 通信協(xié)調(diào)器是有線通信和無(wú)線通信的結(jié)合部,是系統(tǒng)的中樞節(jié)點(diǎn);由ZigBee無(wú)線傳輸設(shè)備及單片機(jī)構(gòu)成,ZigBee無(wú)線傳輸設(shè)備通過(guò)無(wú)線通訊接收數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊傳送的信息,并通過(guò)并口將數(shù)據(jù)傳到單片機(jī),進(jìn)行顯示與報(bào)警,同時(shí)經(jīng)過(guò)RS485總線傳輸給工控機(jī),以實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的遠(yuǎn)程傳輸。 上位機(jī)監(jiān)測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)是整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的信息流的匯聚地,對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行快速準(zhǔn)確的處理、判斷并以形象有效的方式進(jìn)行顯示、報(bào)警以及應(yīng)急處理。監(jiān)測(cè)管理軟件采用組態(tài)王6.51開(kāi)發(fā);整個(gè)軟件具有可移植性強(qiáng)、開(kāi)發(fā)周期短、便于調(diào)試升級(jí)的特點(diǎn)。 通過(guò)測(cè)試表明:該系統(tǒng)具有工作可靠、層次清晰、管理方便、組成靈活、性價(jià)比高等特點(diǎn),具有一定先進(jìn)性與實(shí)用性,將有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:Coal is a non-renewable strategic resource, China is the largest coal consumption country in the world, at the same time, it is also a country with frequent coal mine accidents.With the coal mining, mine accidents occur frequently, and gas accidents have become the first killer of coal mine safety.In order to realize the scientific, automatic and preventive accuracy of mine safety production and avoid accidents, it is necessary to have a working face that can follow the mine dynamically, with high reliability and moderate cost.Multi-point and multi-security parameter detection and alarm system with high degree of automation.In order to meet the needs of underground mine safety monitoring, a mine gas monitoring system is designed based on Zigbee wireless sensor network.The system is designed with modularization structure, which consists of three parts: wireless data acquisition module, communication coordinator and monitoring and management system of upper computer.The wireless data acquisition module is located at the front end of the system, which is responsible for collecting the gas concentration, temperature and wind speed and other field parameters. The collected data is transferred to the wireless transmission equipment through conditioning and conversion.The data exchange between the wireless transceiver module and the communication base station is realized.The communication coordinator is the combination of wired communication and wireless communication, which is the central node of the system, and is composed of ZigBee wireless transmission equipment and single chip microcomputer to receive the information transmitted by the data acquisition module through wireless communication.The data is transmitted to single chip computer through parallel port to display and alarm. At the same time, the data is transmitted to the industrial control computer through RS485 bus to realize the remote data transmission.The monitoring and management system of the host computer is the gathering place of the information flow of the whole network system. It processes the field parameters quickly and accurately, judges and displays, alarm and emergency processing in an image and effective way.The monitoring and management software is developed by Kingview 6.51, the whole software has the characteristics of strong portability, short development period and convenient debugging and upgrading.The test results show that the system has the characteristics of reliable operation, clear level, convenient management, flexible composition, high performance-to-price ratio and so on. The system is advanced and practical, and will have a broad development prospect.
