【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代化工工業(yè)的發(fā)展,安全越來越受重視,改善可燃?xì)怏w與液體管道輸送和存儲的本質(zhì)安全化程度,保證阻火器的阻燃阻爆性能,提高其使用過程中的可靠性,對化工生產(chǎn)安全具有重要意義。與此同時,建立健全完善的阻火器性能檢測評價體系尤為關(guān)鍵。在國內(nèi)相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立了以不同點火方式,進(jìn)行阻火器阻爆性能檢測的新型測試系統(tǒng),并設(shè)計了兩種檢測方式,根據(jù)檢測系統(tǒng)獲得的壓力分布,建立相應(yīng)的判據(jù),定量地對阻火器阻燃、阻爆燃或阻爆轟性能等級進(jìn)行分類。并以此方法和系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ),成功對某型阻火器進(jìn)行了兩種方式檢測,檢測結(jié)果一致性較好,證明此系統(tǒng)具有可行性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern chemical industry, more and more attention has been paid to safety. The essential safety degree of pipeline transportation and storage of combustible gas and liquid is improved.It is of great significance to the safety of chemical production.At the same time, it is very important to establish a perfect system for detecting and evaluating the performance of fire arresters.On the basis of related research in China, a new type of test system is established to detect the performance of fire arrester with different igniting methods according to the relevant standards, and two kinds of testing methods are designed, according to the pressure distribution obtained by the detection system.The corresponding criteria are established to classify the flame retardation, deflagration or detonation resistance performance of the fire arrester quantitatively.On the basis of this method and system, two methods of detecting a certain type of fire arrester are successfully carried out, and the results are consistent, which proves that the system is feasible and reliable.
