【摘要】:為了準(zhǔn)確判定煤炭真實(shí)條件下自燃傾向性,選取具有代表性的2種褐煤、2種煙煤及2種無(wú)煙煤在煤自燃測(cè)定裝置上展開(kāi)研究。研究結(jié)果表明,褐煤在低溫緩慢氧化階段、高溫加速氧化階段升溫速率最快,煙煤次之,無(wú)煙煤最慢。利用熱分析儀對(duì)煤樣的著火溫度進(jìn)行了測(cè)定,發(fā)現(xiàn)褐煤著火溫度最低,煙煤次之,無(wú)煙煤著火溫度最高;綜合評(píng)判煤自燃傾向性判定指數(shù),I200為強(qiáng)自燃傾向,200≤I≤400為中等自燃傾向,I400為弱自燃傾向。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately determine the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal under real conditions, two kinds of lignite and two kinds of bituminous coal and two kinds of anthracite were selected to study on the determination device of spontaneous combustion of coal.The results show that lignite has the fastest heating rate in the stage of slow oxidation at low temperature and accelerated oxidation at high temperature, followed by bituminous coal and anthracite.The ignition temperature of coal sample was measured by thermal analyzer. It was found that the ignition temperature of lignite was the lowest, bituminous coal was the second, and anthracite was the highest.Comprehensive evaluation of coal spontaneous combustion propensity judging index I 200 is a strong spontaneous combustion tendency 200 鈮,
