核反應(yīng)堆驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)外套筒對整機(jī)抗震性能的影響

【摘要】:安全棒驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)是核反應(yīng)堆的重要組成部分,其抗震性能是反應(yīng)堆安全性評價中的重要指標(biāo)。在設(shè)計初期預(yù)知地震載荷下的應(yīng)力分布情況有助于提高該機(jī)構(gòu)的高抗震性能。針對某型安全棒驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計特征,建立一種基于反應(yīng)譜原理的驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)外套筒抗震性能分析模型;趪鴥(nèi)外相關(guān)抗震設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定地震反應(yīng)譜,通過分析實際工況的載荷分布情況,確定模型的邊界條件;通過對驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)整機(jī)、單獨(dú)內(nèi)部機(jī)構(gòu)與外套筒3種模型的分析計算,獲得了相同載荷及邊界條件下的3種模型各自的應(yīng)力分布。再根據(jù)3種模型的特點(diǎn)創(chuàng)建具有代表性的節(jié)點(diǎn)路徑,通過提取路徑上的應(yīng)力分布并進(jìn)行對比,清楚反映出該3種不同模型的應(yīng)力分布情況,研究了外套筒對控制棒驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)抗震性能的影響。分析結(jié)果表明外套筒的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)直接決定驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)整機(jī)的抗震性能,外套筒可有效減小內(nèi)部機(jī)構(gòu)在地震載荷作用下產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力,整機(jī)外套筒上應(yīng)力分布情況與整機(jī)內(nèi)部機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)力分布情況基本一致,單獨(dú)的外套筒與整機(jī)的外套筒應(yīng)力分布趨勢一致。這種分析技術(shù)可用于在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計初期對驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)抗震性能設(shè)計是否合理進(jìn)行核算評價。這樣可以有效提高設(shè)計效率,降低地震載荷帶來的風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Safety rod drive mechanism is an important part of nuclear reactor, and its seismic performance is an important index in reactor safety evaluation.The prediction of the stress distribution under the earthquake load at the early stage of design is helpful to improve the high seismic performance of the mechanism.According to the design characteristics of a kind of safety rod drive mechanism, a seismic performance analysis model of the outer sleeve of the drive mechanism based on the principle of response spectrum is established.The seismic response spectrum is determined based on the relevant seismic design standards at home and abroad, the boundary conditions of the model are determined by analyzing the load distribution of actual working conditions, and the analysis and calculation of three models of driving mechanism, single internal mechanism and outer sleeve are carried out.The stress distributions of the three models under the same load and boundary conditions are obtained.Then, according to the characteristics of the three models, the representative node paths are created, and the stress distribution of the three models is clearly reflected by extracting and comparing the stress distribution on the paths.The effect of outer sleeve on seismic performance of control rod driven mechanism is studied.The results show that the structural parameters of the outer sleeve directly determine the seismic performance of the driving mechanism, and the outer sleeve can effectively reduce the stress generated by the internal mechanism under the earthquake load.The stress distribution on the outer sleeve of the whole machine is basically consistent with the stress distribution inside the whole machine, and the stress distribution trend of the single outer sleeve is the same as that of the whole machine.This analysis technique can be used to evaluate whether the aseismic performance design of drive mechanism is reasonable at the early stage of structural design.In this way, the design efficiency can be improved effectively and the risk caused by earthquake load can be reduced.
