【摘要】：充分運用安全科學、社會科學、行為科學、人類學、心理學、管理科學等理論知識，建立了以危險源理論為基礎的企業(yè)生產安全事故的控制模型，并將安全文化置于整個安全生產系統(tǒng)中考察。重點研究了人的不安全行為控制機理，通過研究人的行為控制有效性來確定企業(yè)安全文化的主要內容。進一步將企業(yè)安全文化與安全氛圍、安全管理、企業(yè)文化等事物對比，從而提出了對安全文化的新認識。建立了安全文化結構方程模型，采用SPSS和AMOS統(tǒng)計分析軟件進行路徑分析，，分析結果為安全文化建設提供實證參考。最后，針對我國高危行業(yè)安全生產的特點和現狀，提出由內到外、自上而下的安全文化建設方法，并歸納了企業(yè)各個層次人員應具有的安全觀念以及使這些觀念固化于心的對應方法。
[Abstract]:Making full use of the theoretical knowledge of safety science, social science, behavioral science, anthropology, psychology and management science, the control model of production safety accidents in enterprises based on hazard theory is established. And put the safety culture in the whole safety production system, and focus on the study of human unsafe behavior control mechanism, Through the study of the effectiveness of human behavior control to determine the main content of corporate safety culture. Further compare corporate safety culture with safety atmosphere, safety management, corporate culture, etc. Thus, a new understanding of safety culture is put forward. The structural equation model of safety culture is established, and the path analysis is carried out by using SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis software. The results provide an empirical reference for the construction of safety culture. In view of the characteristics and present situation of safety production in high-risk industries in China, this paper puts forward the construction method of safety culture from inside to outside, from top to bottom, and sums up the safety concepts that should be possessed by personnel at all levels of enterprises and the corresponding methods to make these concepts solidify in the heart.
