新型煤巖電磁輻射監(jiān)測系統

【摘要】:針對煤礦井下現場存在大量電磁干擾,且煤巖動力災害中受載煤巖破裂的電磁輻射信號的產生具有突發(fā)性、連續(xù)性,研制煤巖的電磁輻射信號的監(jiān)測裝置.采用高性能DSP處理器TMS320LF2812和可編程門陣列FPGA為監(jiān)測系統的核心,進行外圍電路的設計.最后進行煤巖壓縮破裂試驗,對其電磁輻射信號進行監(jiān)測.研究結果表明:該裝置能夠較準確提取出煤巖破裂過程中產生的電磁輻射信號,并且能夠進行連續(xù)波形采集、處理及存儲,為能夠準確的獲取煤巖破裂的電磁輻射前兆信息提供基礎.
[Abstract]:There are a lot of electromagnetic interference in the underground coal mine, and the electromagnetic radiation signal of coal and rock burst in coal and rock dynamic disaster is sudden and continuous. A monitoring device for electromagnetic radiation signal of coal and rock is developed. The core of the monitoring system is high performance DSP processor TMS320LF2812 and programmable gate array FPGA. The peripheral circuit is designed. Finally, the compression rupture test of coal and rock is carried out. The results show that the electromagnetic radiation signal produced during coal and rock rupture can be extracted accurately, and the continuous waveform can be collected, processed and stored. It provides the basis for accurately obtaining the precursor information of electromagnetic radiation of coal and rock fracture.
