我國涉氨制冷企業(yè)氨泄漏事故規(guī)律性研究

【摘要】:在收集整理近九年氨泄漏事故資料的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和信息擴(kuò)散模型,對我國涉氨制冷企業(yè)氨泄漏事故分別從時(shí)間維度與空間維度兩方面進(jìn)行氨泄漏發(fā)生規(guī)律量化研究。數(shù)據(jù)主要來源于中國化學(xué)品安全協(xié)會(huì)網(wǎng)(CCSA)公布的2007-2015年氨泄漏事故資料,同時(shí)參考國家安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理總局SAWS事故通報(bào)。時(shí)間維度上,八月與五月氨泄漏事故風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最高,二月風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最低。空間維度上,按照各行政區(qū)氨泄漏事故總起數(shù)劃分5個(gè)等級(jí),分別進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:On the basis of collecting and sorting out the data of ammonia leakage accident in the last nine years, the descriptive statistical analysis and information diffusion model are used. The ammonia leakage accidents in ammonia refrigeration enterprises in China are studied quantitatively in terms of time dimension and space dimension respectively. The data are mainly from the data of ammonia leakage accidents published by China Chemical Safety Association (CCSA) from 2007 to 2015. At the same time, refer to the SAWS accident report of the State Administration of production Safety. In time dimension, the risk of ammonia leakage accident in August and May is the highest, and the risk in February is the lowest. In the spatial dimension, according to the total starting number of ammonia leakage accidents in each administrative district, 5 grades are divided. The analysis is carried out respectively.
