【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是事故多發(fā)性行業(yè)之一，近年來隨著建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模和產(chǎn)業(yè)素質(zhì)日益提升，這些事故給社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展帶來了巨大損失，也造成了嚴(yán)重的不良社會(huì)影響。如何用科學(xué)的方法客觀有效地評(píng)估建筑企業(yè)的安全文化影響因素、從根源上有效規(guī)避事故的發(fā)生，成為人們重點(diǎn)研究的課題。 論文以建筑企業(yè)安全文化為研究對(duì)象，在“三圈層理論”的基礎(chǔ)上，將建筑企業(yè)安全文化劃分為安全物質(zhì)文化、安全制度文化和安全觀念文化三個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)層次。結(jié)合建筑企業(yè)安全事故的誘因及安全文化的特點(diǎn)，將評(píng)價(jià)因素分解歸化為安全文化調(diào)查表的形式進(jìn)行定性分析，綜合考慮了決策層參與、管理層參與、員工參與、政府參與、安全系統(tǒng)、報(bào)告溝通系統(tǒng)、安全施工環(huán)境在內(nèi)的建筑施工企業(yè)安全文化影響因素，構(gòu)建了建筑企業(yè)安全文化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 在調(diào)查表定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上，，使用SPSS20.0對(duì)建筑企業(yè)安全文化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行探索性分析。應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型理論，建立了基于SEM(structural equation modeling)的建筑企業(yè)安全文化影響因素評(píng)價(jià)模型，并使用AMOS20.0進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，對(duì)影響建筑企業(yè)安全績(jī)效的各因素間的路徑關(guān)系以及因素的重要度進(jìn)行研究，驗(yàn)證了模型的可行性和實(shí)用性。 模型分析結(jié)果得出員工參與對(duì)安全績(jī)效有很高的直接效應(yīng)，其他幾個(gè)影響因素均為間接效應(yīng)。安全培訓(xùn)對(duì)決策層參與、管理層參與也具有很高的直接效應(yīng)。充分體現(xiàn)建筑企業(yè)安全施工中“以人為本”的重要性以及安全培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)在建筑施工企業(yè)安全文化建設(shè)中的重要性。論文最后根據(jù)模型分析結(jié)果，從決策層參與、管理層參與、員工參與、政府參與、安全培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)、安全施工環(huán)境六個(gè)方面對(duì)如何提高建筑企業(yè)安全文化水平、改善建筑企業(yè)安全文化建設(shè)提出對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is one of the industries with multiple accidents. In recent years, with the scale and quality of the construction industry increasing, these accidents have brought huge losses to the development of social economy. How to evaluate the influence factors of safety culture in construction enterprises objectively and effectively, and avoid the occurrence of accidents effectively from the root causes, has become the focus of research. Based on the theory of "three circles", the safety culture of construction enterprise is divided into safety material culture. Three structural levels of safety system culture and safety concept culture. Combined with the inducement of safety accidents and the characteristics of safety culture in construction enterprises, the evaluation factors are decomposed into the form of safety culture questionnaire for qualitative analysis. Comprehensive consideration of decision-making level participation, management participation, employee participation, government participation, safety system, reporting communication system, safe construction environment and other factors affecting the safety culture of construction enterprises, Construction enterprise safety culture evaluation index system is constructed. Based on the qualitative analysis of the questionnaire, this paper makes an exploratory analysis of the safety culture evaluation index system of the construction enterprise by using SPSS20.0. Based on the structural equation model theory, the evaluation model of the influencing factors of the safety culture in the construction enterprise is established based on the SEM(structural equation modeling. Using AMOS20.0 to analyze the path relationship and the importance of the factors influencing the safety performance of construction enterprises, the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified. The results of model analysis show that employee participation has a high direct effect on safety performance, and the other factors are indirect effects. The participation of management also has a high direct effect. It fully reflects the importance of "people-oriented" in construction enterprise safety construction and the importance of safety training system in construction enterprise safety culture construction. Finally, the paper shows the importance of safety training system in construction enterprise safety culture construction. According to the results of the model analysis, The countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the safety culture level of construction enterprises and improve the safety culture construction of construction enterprises are put forward from the following six aspects: participation of decision-making level, participation of management, participation of staff, participation of government, safety training system and safe construction environment.
