潘三煤礦西風井井壁突水機理分析

【摘要】:潘三礦西風井在累深307.2 m處發(fā)生突水事故,為了分析其突水原因,基于流固耦合理論,應(yīng)用統(tǒng)一強度準則和彈塑性損傷力學模型,分析了井壁所承受的臨界水壓力P0c與不同鐖值(井壁混凝土孔隙率)、不同λ/E值(混凝土損傷后的降模量和彈性模量之比)和不同σc值(混凝土單軸抗壓強度)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:井壁混凝土強度等級為C48時,在累深307.2 m處不會發(fā)生突水事故,突水的主要原因是井壁混凝土強度未達到其設(shè)計強度;井壁發(fā)生突水時,其混凝土單軸抗壓強度σc≤19 MPa,鐖的取值為0.3~0.5,λ/E≥5。
[Abstract]:Water inrush occurred in west wind well of Panshan Mine at the depth of 307.2 m. In order to analyze the causes of water inrush, based on the theory of fluid-solid coupling, the unified strength criterion and elastic-plastic damage mechanics model were applied. The critical water pressure P0c and different values (porosity, 位 / E) and 蟽 _ c (uniaxial compressive strength of concrete) are analyzed. The results show that when the strength grade of wellbore concrete is C48, There will be no water inrush at the depth of 307.2 m, the main reason of water inrush is that the strength of concrete of shaft wall does not reach its design strength, the uniaxial compressive strength 蟽 c is less than 19 MPA, and the value of water inrush is 0.3% 0.5, 位 / E 鈮,
