大峰礦火區(qū)無線監(jiān)測預警系統(tǒng)的設計與應用

【摘要】:煤田火災分布很廣,中國、印度、美國、俄羅斯、中亞等國家和地區(qū)都普遍存在。中國由于特殊的地理位置和氣候條件,成為世界上煤田自燃災害最為嚴重的國家。據初步估算,,我國煤田火災每年至少造成200億元的經濟損失,F(xiàn)有的煤田火災溫度監(jiān)測主要是人工測溫法,測溫法由于是點接觸,預測預報范圍小,安裝、維護工作量大、不能提供實時監(jiān)測和預警,特別是探頭、引線極易破壞,在實際應用中受到技術和經濟的限制,不宜大面積探火采用,不能很好的滿足煤礦安全生產的要求。由于煤田發(fā)火區(qū)域有隱蔽性、著火點分散、被測點多、距離遠等特點,使得對煤田火災的預防、監(jiān)控和治理非常困難。無線感知網絡技術與溫度傳感器相結合的監(jiān)測方法,是近幾年來一個新的發(fā)展趨勢,改變了傳統(tǒng)溫度傳感器系統(tǒng)拓撲結構,適應更多溫度測量的應用場合。 大峰礦開采的太西煤是我國為數不多,具有“三低六高”特點的優(yōu)質無煙煤,長期以來大峰礦區(qū)由于煤層自然發(fā)火的原因,火區(qū)面積達上萬平方米,國家資源遭到重大損失。同時,火區(qū)形成的高溫給煤炭開采和安全生產帶來嚴重影響。為了搶采高溫區(qū)的煤炭資源,大峰礦與西安科技大學合作,提出了大峰礦火區(qū)無線溫度監(jiān)測預警系統(tǒng)的研究,在現(xiàn)場應用取得了較好的效果。 本文根據大峰礦火區(qū)溫度監(jiān)測的實際需求,設計了集ZigBee技術、嵌入式計算機控制技術、傳感器技術、數據采集技術、數據庫技術于一體的大峰礦火區(qū)無線監(jiān)測預警系統(tǒng)。本文給出了系統(tǒng)的整體組成框架,對系統(tǒng)的功能和性能需求、工作原理和工作方式進行了分析,設計了無線溫度監(jiān)測節(jié)點、主控節(jié)點的硬件和軟件,以及上位機監(jiān)控軟件,描述了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的應用環(huán)境,給出了現(xiàn)場布置方法,論述了系統(tǒng)的無線感知網絡的監(jiān)控機制,分析了工業(yè)性試驗和現(xiàn)場應用效果。
[Abstract]:Coal fires are widely distributed in China, India, the United States, Russia, Central Asia, and other countries and regions. China, due to its special geographical location and climatic conditions, The coal field spontaneous combustion disaster is the most serious in the world. According to the preliminary estimate, the coal field fire in our country causes at least 20 billion yuan of economic loss every year. The existing coal field fire temperature monitoring is mainly manual temperature measurement method, and the temperature measurement method is point contact. The prediction and forecast range is small, the installation and maintenance work is heavy, the real-time monitoring and early warning can not be provided, especially the probe, the lead wire is easy to destroy, and it is restricted by technology and economy in the practical application, so it is not suitable for large area fire detection to be used. It can not meet the requirements of coal mine safety production well. Because of the characteristics of coal field fire area with concealment, scattered ignition point, many measured points and long distance, the prevention of coal field fire is made. Monitoring and management is very difficult. The monitoring method which combines wireless sensing network technology with temperature sensor is a new development trend in recent years, which has changed the topology of traditional temperature sensor system. Suitable for more applications of temperature measurement. Taixi coal mined in Dafeng Mine is a few high-quality anthracite coal with the characteristics of "three low and six high" in our country. For a long time, due to the natural combustion of coal seam, the area of fire area in Dafeng mining area amounts to ten thousand square meters. At the same time, the high temperature formed in the fire area has seriously affected coal mining and safety production. In order to seize the coal resources in the high-temperature areas, Dafeng Mine cooperated with the Xi'an University of Science and Technology. The research of wireless temperature monitoring and warning system in Dafeng mine fire area is put forward, and good results are obtained in the field application. According to the actual demand of temperature monitoring in Dafeng mine fire area, this paper designs ZigBee technology, embedded computer control technology, sensor technology, data acquisition technology. The wireless monitoring and warning system of Dafeng mine fire area is integrated with database technology. This paper presents the overall framework of the system, analyzes the function and performance requirement, working principle and working mode of the system, and designs the wireless temperature monitoring node. The hardware and software of the main control node and the monitoring software of the host computer are described, the application environment of the monitoring system is described, the method of field arrangement is given, and the monitoring mechanism of the wireless perceptual network of the system is discussed. The industrial test and field application effect are analyzed.
