醫(yī)護合作策略在ICU鎮(zhèn)痛和鎮(zhèn)靜安全管理中的應用研究

【摘要】目的：分析研究ICU鎮(zhèn)痛和鎮(zhèn)靜安全管理采取醫(yī)護合作策略的臨床應用價值。方法：選取2013年9月-2014年8月在我院ICU采取醫(yī)護合作策略，對其實施前后的效果給予分析研究。結果：采取醫(yī)護合作策略以后，PSA落實率明顯高于實施之前，鎮(zhèn)痛、鎮(zhèn)靜不足造成UE以及造成過度造成VAP明顯低于實施之前（P<0.05）。結論：在ICU鎮(zhèn)痛、鎮(zhèn)靜安全管理當中采取醫(yī)護合作策略，可以使臨床醫(yī)生與護士的合作狀況明顯提高，具有臨床推廣價值。

Abstract：Objective： To analyze the doctor and nurse cooperation strategy in in safety

management of ICU analgesia and sedation. Methods： Selected the cooperation strategy in ICU of our hospital from September 2013 to August 2014， and them analyzed the effect before and after performing. Results： After taking the medical cooperation strategy，， the PSA implementation rate was significantly higher than that of before implementation. Analgesia， sedation caused by lack of UE and excessive cause VAP was significantly lower than that before the implementation （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Take care of cooperative strategy in in safety management of ICU analgesia and sedation can make the doctor and nurse cooperation situation improved obviously， which has clinical value.

【中圖分類號】R4 ; ;【文獻標識碼】B ; ;【文章編號】1671-8801（2014）011- 0152-02 ICU危重癥病人采取鎮(zhèn)痛以及鎮(zhèn)靜治療，可以使其疾病應激明顯降低，使機體代謝以及氧氣消耗明顯減少，對臟器功能起到一定的保護作用，是重癥監(jiān)護病房最為常見的一種療法。根據(jù)相關報道表明[1]，ICU鎮(zhèn)痛以及鎮(zhèn)靜治療最為重要的問題就是制訂一個完善的計劃，同時對病人鎮(zhèn)痛以及鎮(zhèn)靜深度進行密切監(jiān)測。本文筆者選取2013年9月-2014年8月在我院ICU采取醫(yī)護合作策略，對其實施前后的效果給予分析研究，現(xiàn)報告如下。

1資料與方法
