【摘要】:日本福島核電事故再次為人類利用核能敲響了警鐘,輻射應(yīng)急監(jiān)測是輻射應(yīng)急信息的重要來源,是輻射應(yīng)急的重要組成部分。車載輻射監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)能夠在輻射事故發(fā)生時快速趕到指定位置,對較大面積區(qū)域進行快速實時監(jiān)測,向上級部門提供現(xiàn)場輻射環(huán)境狀況,為事故調(diào)查、評價事故后果、采取防護行動、制定處置方案提供技術(shù)支持。 本文在國內(nèi)外有關(guān)核與輻射事故應(yīng)急監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合廣州市核與輻射監(jiān)測要求,設(shè)計了一套基于GIS的車載γ輻射環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要包括車載監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)采集發(fā)送系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)通信系統(tǒng)和數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)。監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)安裝在應(yīng)急監(jiān)測車上,主要獲取現(xiàn)場γ輻射劑量率、GPS定位信息,通過數(shù)據(jù)采集組件把數(shù)據(jù)打包并通過3G無線通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸至監(jiān)測中心處理。數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)位于廣州市環(huán)境監(jiān)測中心站機房,主要是對監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的存儲、數(shù)據(jù)分析和對事故應(yīng)急的決策和指揮。 基于GIS的車載Y輻射環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)的實時傳輸,實時顯示車輛位置和環(huán)境γ輻射劑量率的變化,能夠?qū)Υ竺娣e輻射環(huán)境進行監(jiān)測,提高了輻射應(yīng)急監(jiān)測效率,滿足了廣州市輻射環(huán)境應(yīng)急監(jiān)測需求,提高了核與輻射應(yīng)急監(jiān)測能力。系統(tǒng)投入了2010年廣州亞運會的輻射監(jiān)測保障和多次應(yīng)急演習(xí),均很好的完成了任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The Fukushima nuclear power accident in Japan once again sounded the alarm bell for mankind to use nuclear energy. Radiation emergency monitoring is an important source of radiation emergency information. It is an important part of the radiation emergency. The vehicle-borne radiation monitoring system can quickly get to the designated position at the time of the radiation accident, monitor the large area in real time, and provide the field radiation environment to the higher authorities. Provide technical support for accident investigation, evaluation of accident consequences, protective action and formulation of disposal plan. Based on the design of emergency monitoring system for nuclear and radiation accidents at home and abroad and in combination with the requirements of nuclear and radiation monitoring in Guangzhou, a vehicle 緯 radiation environment monitoring system based on GIS is designed in this paper. The system mainly includes vehicle monitoring system. Data acquisition and transmission system, data communication system and data management system. The monitoring system is installed in the emergency monitoring vehicle. The data is packaged by data acquisition components and transmitted to the monitoring center through 3G wireless communication network. The data management system is located in the computer room of Guangzhou Environmental Monitoring Center, which mainly stores the monitoring data. Data analysis and emergency decision making and command. The on-board Y radiation environment monitoring system based on GIS realizes the real-time transmission of field data, shows the change of vehicle position and environmental 緯 radiation dose rate in real time, can monitor the large area radiation environment, and improves the efficiency of radiation emergency monitoring. It meets the needs of radiation environment emergency monitoring in Guangzhou and improves the ability of nuclear and radiation emergency monitoring. The system has been put into the radiation monitoring guarantee and many emergency exercises of the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games.
