高速列車防火性能研究

【摘要】:鐵路運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)作為人們?nèi)粘I钪斜貍涞慕煌ㄟ\(yùn)輸工具,其發(fā)展迅速,自第六次全國鐵路大提速以來,我國鐵路逐步進(jìn)入高鐵時(shí)代。隨著列車運(yùn)行速度的不斷提升,列車在生產(chǎn)制造過程中,大量易燃非金屬復(fù)合材料被應(yīng)用其中,復(fù)合材料的易燃性、有毒性給列車帶來了嚴(yán)重的火災(zāi)安全隱患,對(duì)列車的行車安全構(gòu)成極大的威脅。因此,對(duì)高速列車的防火性能進(jìn)行研究顯得異常重要。 我國對(duì)軌道車輛的防火研究工作起步晚,且大多采用理論及仿真分析的方式,雖然各相關(guān)部門及研究機(jī)構(gòu)制定了一些相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與規(guī)范,但這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大多參照甚至直接引用國外標(biāo)準(zhǔn),各國的防火標(biāo)準(zhǔn)無論是在試驗(yàn)方法還是性能指標(biāo)上差異性都較大,對(duì)我國高速列車的防火安全要求適用性有待驗(yàn)證。因此本文通過梳理世界各國軌道車輛防火標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并針對(duì)目前國際上最為常用的軌道車輛材料、部件及結(jié)構(gòu)防火測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DIN5510-2、BS6853、EN45545-3對(duì)我國某型號(hào)高速列車常用非金屬材料、客室及司機(jī)室座椅、8種電線電纜、22種電氣設(shè)備關(guān)鍵零部件以及廚房配電柜和保溫箱進(jìn)行相關(guān)的防火性能測試。根據(jù)各測試結(jié)果評(píng)判了各種材料、部件及結(jié)構(gòu)的防火性能,且通過試驗(yàn)過程中對(duì)各標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)內(nèi)容、試驗(yàn)方法以及評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的進(jìn)一步分析及對(duì)比,結(jié)合試驗(yàn)過程中觀測到的一些試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象及對(duì)同一材料的不同試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的結(jié)果對(duì)比,指出國外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)于我國高速列車防火性能適用性上存在的不足,并對(duì)我國高速列車防火標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建立提出建議。另外,文中大量的燃燒試驗(yàn)在國內(nèi)研究實(shí)數(shù)先例,為今后建立我國高速列車防火標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系提供了重要的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The railway transportation system, as a necessary means of transportation in people's daily life, has developed rapidly. Since the sixth national railway increased speed, China's railway has gradually entered the era of high-speed rail. In the manufacturing process of trains, a large number of combustible nonmetallic composites are used. The flammability and toxicity of the composites bring serious fire safety risks to the trains, and pose a great threat to the train safety. It is very important to study the anti-fire performance of high-speed train. The research work on anti-fire of rail vehicles in our country started late, and most of them adopt the methods of theory and simulation analysis, although the relevant departments and research institutions have formulated some relevant standards and norms. However, most of these standards refer to or even directly refer to foreign standards, and the fire prevention standards of various countries differ greatly in terms of test methods and performance indicators. The applicability of fire safety requirements for high-speed trains in China needs to be verified. Therefore, through combing the fire prevention standards of rail vehicles in the world, and aiming at the most commonly used rail vehicle materials in the world at present, The fire resistance test standard DIN5510-2 BS6853N45545-3 for components and structures is commonly used as non-metallic materials for a certain type of high-speed train in China. Eight kinds of electrical equipment, 22 kinds of electrical equipment, and kitchen distribution cabinets and heat preservation boxes are tested for fire resistance performance of various materials, components and structures according to the test results, and the fire resistance of all kinds of materials, components and structures are evaluated according to the results of the tests, and the fire resistance of all kinds of materials, components and structures are evaluated according to the test results. Through the further analysis and comparison of each standard test content, test method and evaluation index, combined with some experimental phenomena observed in the course of the test and the results of different test standards for the same material, It is pointed out that the foreign standards are inadequate for the applicability of fire prevention performance of high speed trains in China, and some suggestions are put forward for the establishment of fire prevention standards for high speed trains in China. In addition, a large number of combustion tests in this paper have been studied in China with practical precedents. It provides an important reference for the establishment of fire-proof standard system of high-speed trains in China in the future.
