煤礦防滅火殼聚糖溫敏水凝膠的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:為提高凝膠防滅火效果,采用水溶液聚合法制備價(jià)格低廉、無(wú)毒、易降解的殼聚糖-丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺水凝膠。研究中和度、交聯(lián)劑、引發(fā)劑、丙烯酰胺、殼聚糖、溫度、p H對(duì)水凝膠吸水倍率的影響。結(jié)果表明:殼聚糖用量的增加會(huì)降低凝膠的吸水率,但引入殼聚糖有利于降低水凝膠對(duì)p H的敏感度。紅外光譜表明殼聚糖與丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺發(fā)生很好的聚合反應(yīng)。水凝膠的動(dòng)態(tài)流變?cè)囼?yàn)表明,5%殼聚糖水凝膠的相變溫度為103℃,比較適合煤礦防滅火。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the fire extinguishing effect of gel, a cheap, non-toxic and easily degradable chitosan acrylic acid-acrylamide hydrogel was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization. The neutralization, crosslinking agent, initiator, acrylamide, chitosan were studied. The effect of temperature pH on the water absorption ratio of hydrogels. The results showed that the increase of chitosan content would decrease the water absorption of hydrogels, but the addition of chitosan could reduce the sensitivity of hydrogels to pH. The infrared spectra showed that chitosan and acrylic acid could decrease the water absorption of hydrogels. The dynamic rheological test of hydrogel shows that the phase change temperature of 5% chitosan hydrogel is 103 鈩,
