深厚沖積層鉆井井壁滲漏水機理和注漿技術(shù)探討

【摘要】:針對朱集西煤礦矸石井鋼筋混凝土鉆井井壁在第54節(jié)和59節(jié)出現(xiàn)滲漏水現(xiàn)象,進行了出水機理和注漿技術(shù)探討。首先,從工程地質(zhì)條件、水質(zhì)化驗、井壁混凝土澆筑情況、水力劈裂原理等方面分析,揭示了深厚沖積層鉆井井壁滲漏水機理;然后,通過對破壁注漿和地面注漿這2種鉆井井筒防治水方案的對比分析,提出采用井筒內(nèi)破壁注漿方案,并指出在深厚沖積層中進行鉆孔破壁時,應(yīng)采取孔口管防沖出等安全措施,以確保施工人員和井筒安全;最后,進行了相關(guān)注漿參數(shù)設(shè)計,通過工程實踐表明,破壁注漿達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the leakage phenomenon of reinforced concrete drilling lining of coal gangue well in Zhujixi coal mine in the 54th and 59th sections, the mechanism of outlet water and grouting technology are discussed. Firstly, from the engineering geological conditions, water quality test, well wall concrete pouring situation, Based on the analysis of hydraulic splitting principle and other aspects, the mechanism of wall leakage in deep alluvium drilling is revealed, and then, through the comparison and analysis of two kinds of wellbore water prevention and control schemes, the paper puts forward to adopt the scheme of wall breaking grouting in wellbore. In order to ensure the safety of construction personnel and wellbore, some safety measures should be taken to ensure the safety of construction personnel and wellbore when drilling holes break wall in deep alluvium, and the relevant grouting parameters are designed, and the engineering practice shows that the safety measures should be taken in order to ensure the safety of construction personnel and wellbore. The wall-breaking grouting has achieved the expected effect.
