【摘要】：本文以分析火災(zāi)燃燒特性與火災(zāi)時(shí)期風(fēng)流對(duì)煙流的影響為基礎(chǔ),采用CFD方法對(duì)巷道火災(zāi)時(shí)期煙流與圍巖間的熱交換理論及規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析研究。本文首先分析研究了高等傳熱學(xué)的煙流與圍巖間熱交換理論,為之后的實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬提供理論依據(jù)。其次,利用激光閃熱法導(dǎo)熱儀進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)出熱傳遞過(guò)程中導(dǎo)熱系數(shù),然后,利用CFD軟件對(duì)火災(zāi)時(shí)期巷道內(nèi)煙流與圍巖間發(fā)生熱交換后溫度變化情況進(jìn)行模擬,分析火災(zāi)時(shí)期巷道煙流與圍巖間熱交換規(guī)律及變化趨勢(shì)。最后,以此為依托進(jìn)一步分析礦井火災(zāi)時(shí)期梯形巷道斷面煙流溫度分布情況,推導(dǎo)出火災(zāi)時(shí)期梯形斷面煙流溫度分布公式,并引進(jìn)修正系數(shù)fy和fz對(duì)煙流溫度分布計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行修正。得出了火災(zāi)時(shí)期煙流與圍巖間熱交換的過(guò)程及變化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the analysis of the characteristics of fire combustion and the influence of wind flow on smoke flow during fire. The theory and law of heat exchange between smoke flow and surrounding rock during tunnel fire are analyzed and studied by CFD method. Firstly, the theory of heat exchange between smoke flow and surrounding rock in higher heat transfer theory is analyzed and studied in this paper. It provides the theoretical basis for the later experiments and numerical simulation. Secondly, the thermal conductivity in the process of heat transfer is measured by using the laser flashover thermal conductivity instrument, and then, In this paper, CFD software is used to simulate the change of temperature after heat exchange between flue gas flow and surrounding rock in roadway during fire period, and to analyze the regularity and trend of heat exchange between flue gas flow and surrounding rock in fire period. Based on the analysis of the temperature distribution of the trapezoidal roadway section during the mine fire, the formula of the temperature distribution of the trapezoidal section smoke flow during the fire period is derived. The calculation formula of smoke flow temperature distribution is modified by introducing correction coefficient FY and FZ. The process and variation law of heat exchange between smoke flow and surrounding rock during fire period are obtained.
