地鐵下穿干線鐵路重大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源測(cè)試研究

【摘要】:隨著我國地鐵線路的快速發(fā)展,不可避免地會(huì)遇到穿越繁忙干線鐵路重大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源施工技術(shù)難題。目前世界上針對(duì)這類問題的研究較少,沒有可參考的工程案例。結(jié)合北京地鐵10號(hào)線下穿京滬高速鐵路、京九鐵路等重大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源穿越施工,筆者進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)測(cè)試分析。結(jié)果表明:(1)若采取措施得當(dāng),完全可以進(jìn)行穿越重大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源施工,但應(yīng)注意進(jìn)行各重要結(jié)構(gòu)和部件的精確監(jiān)測(cè),使施工始終處于安全可控狀態(tài);并建議采用自動(dòng)化監(jiān)測(cè)。(2)線路在穿越時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生較快的沉降,穿越后沉降即趨于穩(wěn)定;雙線穿越時(shí),后穿越線路會(huì)影響先穿越線路;當(dāng)恢復(fù)線路后,穿越影響區(qū)還會(huì)發(fā)生一定的緩慢變形。(3)初步提出了一套路基及接觸網(wǎng)桿變形控制指標(biāo)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以供類似工程參考。此外,本案例的成功實(shí)施為我國及世界其他國家進(jìn)行穿越高速鐵路等重大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源施工積累了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of subway in China, will inevitably encounter across the busy railway construction of major risk sources of technical problems. To solve the problem of the research in the world, there is no practical engineering case. Through the high-speed railway in Beijing Metro Line 10, the Beijing Kowloon Railway and other major risk sources through the construction. The author analyzed the testing system. The results showed that: (1) if taken appropriate measures can be used across the major risk sources of construction, but should pay attention to accurately monitoring the important structures and components, the construction is always safe and controllable; and recommended the use of automatic monitoring. (2) the line will produce faster the settlement in the crossing, crossing the settlement is stable; double crossing, after crossing the line will affect the first crossing line; when the recovery line, across the affected area will certainly slow (3) initially put forward a set of roadbed and catenary bar deformation control indicators and standards for similar projects. Besides, the successful implementation of this case has accumulated valuable experience for our country and other countries in the world to carry out major risk sources such as crossing high-speed railway.
