官寨井田合層采氣地質(zhì)因素約束研究

【摘要】:在多煤層發(fā)育地區(qū),合層采氣是降低煤層氣開發(fā)成本、提高產(chǎn)能的重要手段,然而在合層采氣過程中,層間干擾的存在,制約著煤層氣井的排采效果。十三五煤層氣規(guī)劃重點(diǎn)開發(fā)區(qū)塊內(nèi)的官寨井田,煤層層數(shù)多、厚度薄、成群分布,深入研究官寨井田合層采氣的地質(zhì)因素約束條件意義重大。本文依托十三五國(guó)家科技重大專項(xiàng)課題(2016ZX05045-002),在大量調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外煤層氣井產(chǎn)能影響因素、層間干擾等研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)影響合層采氣的地質(zhì)敏感性進(jìn)行了分析,總結(jié)出地質(zhì)敏感因素包括:儲(chǔ)層壓力體系、臨界解吸壓力、滲透率和水文地質(zhì)條件。結(jié)合官寨井田的地質(zhì)特點(diǎn),確定了官寨井田合層采氣的主控因素為儲(chǔ)層壓力差、臨界解吸壓力差和滲透率比值,在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用數(shù)值模擬手段,調(diào)整不同因素的差異范圍,提出了不同煤層組合條件下各因素的約束范圍。通過多因素分析,結(jié)合三個(gè)主控因素約束范圍的研究成果,優(yōu)選出官寨井田適合合層采氣的多因素組合方案。其中煤組1和煤組2在官寨井田地質(zhì)條件物性差異范圍內(nèi),均適合合層采氣;煤組2和煤組3的儲(chǔ)層壓力差△P≤0.3MPa,臨界解吸壓力差在-0.3~0.5MPa范圍內(nèi),滲透率比值在官寨井田地質(zhì)條件的差異范圍內(nèi)時(shí),適合合層采氣;煤組1和煤組3的儲(chǔ)層壓力差△P≤0.6MPa,臨界解吸壓力差在官寨井田地質(zhì)條件的差異范圍內(nèi),滲透率比值在2:1~4:1范圍內(nèi)時(shí),適合合層采氣;并討論了影響不同煤層組合合層采氣的關(guān)鍵因素,為后續(xù)多煤層合層采氣奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。分析了 GZ-01井的煤層氣地質(zhì)條件,優(yōu)選出GZ-01井的最佳煤層組合,結(jié)合該井的排采效果,驗(yàn)證了研究成果的正確性和實(shí)用性,為官寨井田合層采氣的煤層組合優(yōu)選奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the area of multi-seam development, combined bed gas production is an important means to reduce the development cost of coalbed methane and improve productivity. However, in the process of gas production, interlayer interference exists. Guanzhai well in the key development block of the 13th Five-Year Plan for coalbed methane has a large number of coal beds, thin thickness, and distribution in groups. It is of great significance to study the constraints of geological factors on gas recovery in Guanzhai coalmine field. Based on the important national scientific and technological project 2016ZX05045-002, this paper, on the basis of a large number of researches on the factors affecting the productivity of coalbed methane wells at home and abroad, interlayer interference, etc., Based on the analysis of the geological sensitivity affecting gas recovery in the combined reservoir, it is concluded that the geological sensitive factors include: reservoir pressure system, critical desorption pressure, permeability and hydrogeological conditions, combined with the geological characteristics of Guanzhai well field. The main controlling factors of gas recovery in Guanzhai mine field are reservoir pressure difference, critical desorption pressure difference and permeability ratio. On this basis, the difference range of different factors is adjusted by means of numerical simulation. This paper puts forward the constraint range of each factor under different coal seam combination conditions. Through multi-factor analysis, combining with the research results of three main controlling factors, The multifactor combination scheme of Guanzhai mine field suitable for gas recovery of combined layer is selected.
