【摘要】:礦井通風(fēng)管理是礦井日常生產(chǎn)過程中重要的管理環(huán)節(jié),而網(wǎng)絡(luò)解算是通風(fēng)管理中一個(gè)重要部分,在新建礦井進(jìn)行通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候,必須通過通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)解算,為設(shè)計(jì)提供必要依據(jù),在生產(chǎn)礦井進(jìn)行通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)升級(jí)改造的時(shí),也需要借助通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)解算來確定最優(yōu)的改造方案,可以說,無論在礦井設(shè)計(jì)還是生產(chǎn)階段,通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)解算都起著重要作用。本文通過對(duì)通風(fēng)管理領(lǐng)域的軟件發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),在設(shè)計(jì)了通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)解算的主要功能,以圖論的拓?fù)淅碚摗⑼L(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)基本理論、網(wǎng)絡(luò)解算基本理論及方法結(jié)合面向?qū)ο蟮某绦蛟O(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)以及三維建模技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了具有通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)潢P(guān)系自動(dòng)建立、三維通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)圖自動(dòng)繪制以及通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)解算等主要功能的軟件。其中拓?fù)潢P(guān)系自動(dòng)建立功能使得傳統(tǒng)上由人工完成的工作轉(zhuǎn)由計(jì)算機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)完成,減輕了人工的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,將礦山通風(fēng)管理人員從繁重、重復(fù)的勞動(dòng)中解放出來,提高了工作效率。三維建模功能可以根據(jù)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)圖的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)建立通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的三維模型,不但可以直觀反映巷道之間真實(shí)的空間關(guān)系,而且還可以通過三維立體圖,對(duì)解算數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行查詢,更方便快捷地反映解算結(jié)果。軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要功能都具有一定的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值,可從一定程度上提高礦井通風(fēng)管理的工作效率及整體管理水平。
[Abstract]:Mine ventilation management is an important part of mine daily production process, and network solution is an important part of ventilation management. To provide the necessary basis for the design, when the ventilation system is upgraded and reformed in the production mine, it is also necessary to use the ventilation network solution to determine the optimal reconstruction plan. It can be said that, whether in the mine design or in the production stage, Ventilation network calculation plays an important role. This paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of software development in the field of ventilation management, and designs the main functions of ventilation network calculation, based on the topological theory of graph theory, the basic theory of ventilation network. The basic theory and method of network solution are combined with object-oriented programming technology and 3D modeling technology to realize the automatic establishment of topological relation of ventilation network. Three dimensional ventilation system diagram automatic drawing and ventilation network calculation and other main functions of software. Among them, the function of automatic establishment of topological relationship makes the traditional manual work completed by the computer, which reduces the labor intensity. The mine ventilation management personnel are liberated from heavy and repetitive work, and the work efficiency is improved. The three-dimensional modeling function can automatically establish the three-dimensional model of the ventilation system according to the basic data of the ventilation system diagram. It can not only directly reflect the true spatial relationship between roadways, but also can query the solution data through three-dimensional images. The main functions realized by the software have certain practical application value and can improve the working efficiency and overall management level of mine ventilation management to a certain extent.
