鐵路客運站消防設(shè)施能力研究

【摘要】:隨著我國鐵路旅客運輸業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,許多新型鐵路客運站相繼建成,新建的鐵路客運站與既有客運站相比,在功能和結(jié)構(gòu)上都發(fā)生了很大變化。新型鐵路客運站是集旅客中長途運輸、城市軌道交通換乘、市郊鐵路等功能于一體的綜合性樞紐。新型鐵路客運站外部造型美觀、結(jié)構(gòu)形式新穎、人員密集度高,在其高度發(fā)展的同時也對消防設(shè)施能力提出了更高要求。因此,了解鐵路客運站消防設(shè)施能力的總體水平,找出其消防設(shè)施設(shè)置的薄弱之處,及時采取相應(yīng)措施提高其消防設(shè)施能力,對于鞏固鐵路客運站的安全環(huán)境、保證其安全運營具有重要的意義。 以建筑消防安全工程學及系統(tǒng)科學相關(guān)知識為基礎(chǔ),運用不確定性數(shù)學的相關(guān)理論,對鐵路客運站消防設(shè)施的能力進行了定量評估,研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾個方面: (1)在分析國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對建筑消防設(shè)施能力常用的評估方法進行了分析,指出常用方法的優(yōu)點及不足之處,并提出了本文所采用的不確定語言型多屬性問題的評估方法。建立了該方法的評估模型,首先建立了語言判斷矩陣,并通過三角模糊變換將判斷矩陣轉(zhuǎn)化為三角模糊數(shù)矩陣;由三角模糊數(shù)矩陣,基于評估值與理想點之間的距離最小,建立了優(yōu)化模型;通過模型求解了屬性的權(quán)重向量,最后根據(jù)語言判斷矩陣和權(quán)重向量得出了評估對象的綜合屬性評估值; (2)提出了消防設(shè)施能力的內(nèi)涵,并建立了反映鐵路客運站消防設(shè)施能力的多層次評估屬性,由于屬性帶有的模糊性,應(yīng)用了不確定語言變量對屬性進行量化; (3)以某鐵路客運站為實例,運用評估模型對其消防設(shè)施能力進行了總體評估,驗證了模型的可行性,表明該模型可用于解決這類多屬性的模糊性問題。通過評估結(jié)果,對該客運站的消防設(shè)施能力進行缺陷診斷,并提出了相應(yīng)的提高其能力的參考建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of railway passenger transportation in China, many new railway passenger stations have been built one after another. Great changes have taken place in function and structure. The new railway passenger station is a comprehensive hub with the functions of medium and long distance passenger transportation, urban rail transit, suburban railway, etc. The exterior appearance of the new railway passenger station is beautiful. The structure form is novel, the personnel density is high, and at the same time, it puts forward higher requirements for the fire protection facility capacity. Therefore, we should understand the overall level of the fire protection facility capacity of the railway passenger station, and find out the weakness of the fire protection facility setting. It is of great significance to take corresponding measures to improve the capability of fire fighting facilities in time to consolidate the safety environment of railway passenger station and ensure its safe operation. Based on the related knowledge of building fire safety engineering and system science, this paper makes a quantitative evaluation of the capability of railway passenger station fire protection facilities by using the theory of uncertainty mathematics. The research contents mainly include the following aspects:. 1) based on the analysis of the present research situation at home and abroad, the common evaluation methods of building fire protection facilities are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the common methods are pointed out. The evaluation model of this method is established. Firstly, the language judgment matrix is established, and the judgement matrix is transformed into a triangular fuzzy number matrix through triangular fuzzy transformation. From the triangular fuzzy number matrix, based on the minimum distance between the evaluation value and the ideal point, the optimization model is established, and the weight vector of the attribute is solved by the model. Finally, according to the language judgment matrix and the weight vector, the comprehensive attribute evaluation value of the evaluation object is obtained. (2) the connotation of fire protection facility capability is put forward, and the multi-level evaluation attribute reflecting the fire protection facility capability of railway passenger station is established. Because of the fuzziness of the attribute, the uncertain language variable is used to quantify the attribute; Taking a railway passenger station as an example, the fire protection facility capacity of a railway passenger station is evaluated by using the evaluation model, and the feasibility of the model is verified, which shows that the model can be used to solve the fuzzy problem of this kind of multi-attribute. The defect diagnosis of the fire fighting facility capacity of the passenger station is carried out, and the corresponding reference suggestions for improving the capacity are put forward.
