用粉煤灰防治煤矸石自燃災(zāi)害的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究粉煤灰與煤矸石混合后的阻燃機(jī)理,選取山西晉城成莊礦和官地礦的新鮮煤矸石樣,通過(guò)加入不同量的粉煤灰,并增加黏土添加劑,測(cè)試其在程序升溫條件下,即30~180℃范圍內(nèi)的指標(biāo)性氣體CO體積分?jǐn)?shù)的變化趨勢(shì),并計(jì)算臨界溫度。結(jié)果表明,加入不同量的粉煤灰后,CO的產(chǎn)生量減小,臨界溫度也發(fā)生不同程度的變化;且隨著粉煤灰加入量的增加,CO產(chǎn)生量和變化率越來(lái)越小,臨界溫度越來(lái)越高;而加入黏土對(duì)煤矸石CO產(chǎn)生量和臨界溫度的影響較小。說(shuō)明粉煤灰對(duì)煤矸石的氧化有阻化作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the flame-retardant mechanism of the mixture of fly ash and coal gangue, fresh coal gangue samples from Chengzhuang Mine and Guanji Mine of Jincheng, Shanxi Province were selected. By adding different amounts of fly ash and adding clay additives, the samples were tested under the condition of programmed temperature rise.
