【摘要】：摘要：近些年來,盡管建筑安全管理體系逐漸完善,施工企業(yè)安全事故次數(shù)和傷亡人數(shù)呈下降趨勢(shì),但其嚴(yán)重性依然不容忽視。如果能找到施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效的影響因素,掌握各因素的影響作用,這對(duì)于提高安全績(jī)效,搞好施工安全生產(chǎn)和事故預(yù)防工作具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。而目前對(duì)于安全績(jī)效影響機(jī)制的研究,多為一些定性的結(jié)論。即使有小部分量化的數(shù)據(jù),也存在量化指標(biāo)設(shè)置不合理,受人為因素影響較大的缺點(diǎn),缺乏系統(tǒng)科學(xué)性,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中有很大的局限性。 本研究以國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)為基礎(chǔ),再結(jié)合我國(guó)施工企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,提出可能影響我國(guó)施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效的影響因素(包括人的安全素質(zhì)、物的安全狀態(tài)、管理水平、環(huán)境安全狀態(tài)和技術(shù)和工藝因素),構(gòu)建施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效的影響因素模型,力圖通過實(shí)證分析對(duì)模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證和解釋,得到安全績(jī)效影響因素的相關(guān)結(jié)論。通過調(diào)查問卷的設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)查問卷的發(fā)放與回收,對(duì)施工企業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集,根據(jù)所獲得的樣本數(shù)據(jù),采用SPSS軟件中的信度分析方法、效度分析方法和探索性因子分析方法對(duì)問卷的有效性進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析方法進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析和檢驗(yàn),運(yùn)用AMOS18.0軟件對(duì)所假設(shè)的模型進(jìn)行擬合和估計(jì)、修正、解釋,最終確定了施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效的影響因素模型。 本研究最終得出如下結(jié)論：從影響作用上看,人的安全素質(zhì)、物的安全狀態(tài)、管理水平、環(huán)境安全狀態(tài)和技術(shù)和工藝因素都對(duì)安全績(jī)效產(chǎn)生正向的顯著影響；從影響程度上看,各因素對(duì)安全績(jī)效的總體影響從大到小依次為：人的安全素質(zhì)、物的安全狀態(tài)、管理水平、技術(shù)和工藝因素、環(huán)境安全狀態(tài)。并根據(jù)安全績(jī)效的影響因素的確定,有針對(duì)性地提出了提高施工企業(yè)安全績(jī)效的建議。文中圖6幅,表21個(gè),參考文獻(xiàn)82篇。
[Abstract]:Abstract: in recent years, although the construction safety management system has been gradually improved, the number of accidents and casualties of construction enterprises has decreased, but its severity can not be ignored. If we can find the factors that affect the safety performance of construction enterprises, Mastering the influence of various factors has important practical significance for improving safety performance and improving construction safety production and accident prevention. Even if there is a small number of quantitative data, there are some disadvantages such as unreasonable setting of quantitative indexes, great influence of human factors, lack of systematic scientific nature, and great limitations in practical application. Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of the construction enterprises in China, this paper puts forward the factors that may affect the safety performance of the construction enterprises in China (including the safety quality of human beings, the safety state of objects, the level of management). The environmental safety state and technical and technological factors are discussed, and the model of influencing factors of construction enterprises' safety performance is constructed, which tries to verify and explain the model through empirical analysis. Through the design of the questionnaire, the distribution and recovery of the questionnaire, the relevant data of the construction enterprise are collected, according to the sample data obtained, the reliability analysis method in SPSS software is adopted. Validity analysis method and exploratory factor analysis method are used to test the validity of the questionnaire. The structural equation model analysis method is used to analyze and test the validity of the questionnaire. The hypothetical model is fitted and estimated by AMOS18.0 software. Finally, the influencing factors model of construction enterprise safety performance is determined. The conclusion of this study is as follows: from the point of view of influence, human safety quality, material safety state, management level, environmental safety state and technical and technological factors all have positive and significant effects on safety performance; In terms of the degree of influence, the overall influence of various factors on safety performance is in the order of human safety quality, material safety state, management level, technical and technological factors. According to the determinations of the influencing factors of the safety performance, the suggestions for improving the safety performance of the construction enterprises are put forward. There are 6 figures, 21 tables and 82 references in this paper.
