【摘要】：正根據(jù)《國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局關(guān)于評選第十九屆中國專利獎的通知》(國知發(fā)管函字[2017]45號),以下簡稱《通知》)的安排,國家安全監(jiān)管總局將開展優(yōu)秀專利遴選工作。2017年4月13日,國家安全監(jiān)管總局辦公廳印發(fā)了《關(guān)于開展第十九屆中國專利獎推薦工作的通知》(廳函[2017]177號),明確了征集范圍、遴選程序和有關(guān)要求。
[Abstract]:In accordance with the "notice of the State intellectual property Office on the selection of the 19th China Patent Award", the State Administration of Safety and Supervision will carry out the selection of outstanding patents on April 13th 2017. The General Office of the State Administration of Safety Supervision and Administration issued the notice on the recommendation of the 19th China Patent Award (Office letter [2017] 177), which clarified the scope of collection, selection procedure and relevant requirements.
