【摘要】:針對我國非煤礦山的安全生產(chǎn),將人工智能算法中的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用到監(jiān)測監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中。應(yīng)用基于cortex-M3架構(gòu)的STM32F103數(shù)據(jù)采集分站對各傳感器采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析運(yùn)算,同時由以太網(wǎng)和井下光纖環(huán)網(wǎng)交換機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換和對報警設(shè)備的控制。采用μCOS-Ⅱ作為嵌入式系統(tǒng)使系統(tǒng)硬件成本降低、減少了不必要的人工操作,使系統(tǒng)自行進(jìn)行多任務(wù)的處理與切換,實現(xiàn)了監(jiān)測監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的智能預(yù)測與報警。通過分析實驗結(jié)果,該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計由于采用了光纖環(huán)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,大大提高了數(shù)據(jù)處理速度,保障了非煤礦山的安全生產(chǎn)。
