煤礦安全監(jiān)控管理信息系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:我國是一個煤炭生產(chǎn)大國,但是由于我國煤礦開采的技術水平低下,這也使得我國成為一個煤礦安全事故頻發(fā)的大國。為了保障煤礦工作人員的生命安全,相關部門設計了一些列的軟件對煤礦的安全生產(chǎn)進行監(jiān)控和管理,其中主要的系統(tǒng)有煤礦安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、礦井下人員定位系統(tǒng)、煤礦通信系統(tǒng)、煤礦井下緊急避險系統(tǒng)和通風自救系統(tǒng)。并且,隨著信息技術應用水平的進一步提高,這些系統(tǒng)的功能逐漸得到加強和完善。但是,當前突出的一個問題是這已有的煤礦各個環(huán)節(jié)的系統(tǒng)的信息數(shù)據(jù)不能共享,各個系統(tǒng)的功能不能得到有效的整合,這大大的降低了煤礦既有系統(tǒng)的使用效益。同時,在當前移動通訊技術飛速發(fā)展的時代,也提出了需要隨時隨地掌握煤礦安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)管方面的信息的需求。因此,煤礦安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與移動設備相結合成為當前煤礦安全管理的發(fā)展趨勢,這也是本系統(tǒng)設計的背景和意義所在。 本文設計的煤礦安全監(jiān)控管理信息系統(tǒng)是在對煤礦當前既有的各個監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)進行整合的基礎上,,通過創(chuàng)建WEB平臺,設計數(shù)據(jù)接口交換煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的即時數(shù)據(jù),運用3G網(wǎng)絡通信技術,實現(xiàn)煤礦安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控的移動終端管理,改變了傳統(tǒng)煤礦安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)和設備的局限性。系統(tǒng)的組成部分為服務器端、移動客戶終端以及內(nèi)部客戶終端,系統(tǒng)的功能模塊設計上分為系統(tǒng)管理模塊、視頻圖像采集模塊、安全監(jiān)控管理模塊、安全信息數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊和信息查詢統(tǒng)計模塊五個模塊,系統(tǒng)結構方面采用C/S和B/S綜合架構。本文隨后對每個模塊的功能實現(xiàn)設計了程序流程、關鍵代碼和實現(xiàn)的界面。最后,經(jīng)過對系統(tǒng)模塊的功能測試和性能測試表明,系統(tǒng)的設計達到了預期的目標,性能良好。
[Abstract]:China is a big coal producer, but because of the low level of coal mining technology in our country, this also makes China a big country with frequent coal mine safety accidents. In order to ensure the safety of coal mine workers, The relevant departments have designed some software to monitor and manage the safety production of coal mine. The main systems include the coal mine safety production monitoring system, the personnel positioning system under the mine, the coal mine communication system, With the further improvement of the level of information technology application, the functions of these systems are gradually strengthened and improved. At present, one of the outstanding problems is that the information and data of the existing coal mine system can not be shared, and the functions of each system can not be effectively integrated, which greatly reduces the use benefit of the existing coal mine system. In the current era of rapid development of mobile communication technology, the need to grasp the information of coal mine safety production supervision at any time and anywhere is also put forward. The combination of coal mine safety monitoring system and mobile equipment has become the development trend of coal mine safety management, which is also the background and significance of the system design. The coal mine safety monitoring and management information system designed in this paper is based on the integration of the existing monitoring systems in coal mines, and through the creation of WEB platform, a data interface is designed to exchange immediate data of coal mine safety production. By using 3G network communication technology, the mobile terminal management of coal mine safety production monitoring is realized, which changes the limitation of traditional coal mine safety monitoring system and equipment. The components of the system are server, mobile client terminal and internal customer terminal. The function module of the system is divided into five modules: system management module, video image acquisition module, security monitoring and management module, security information data processing module and information query and statistics module. C / S and B / S integrated architecture are adopted in the system structure. The program flow, key code and interface of each module are designed in this paper. Finally, the function test and performance test of the system module show that, The design of the system has achieved the expected goal and the performance is good.
