【摘要】：為了明確小風(fēng)量對煤自燃產(chǎn)生氣體的影響,采用自制煤自燃程序升溫實驗裝置,研究分析了不同小風(fēng)量(1、2 mL/min及3 mL/min)條件下氣體產(chǎn)生規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:常溫下氧濃度在13.08%時,煤樣仍能夠發(fā)生氧化;風(fēng)量越小,氧濃度越低,CO氣體濃度越高;工作面供風(fēng)量減小,導(dǎo)致采空區(qū)出現(xiàn)CO氣體濃度增大,停采時間越長,采空區(qū)CO氣體濃度越大,但是并不能證明采空區(qū)溫度有上升趨勢。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the influence of small air volume on the gas produced by coal spontaneous combustion, the gas production law under different small air volume of 1 ~ 2 mL/min and 3 mL / min was studied and analyzed by using a self-made coal spontaneous combustion programmed temperature experimental device. The results show that the oxygen concentration is 13.08 at room temperature. Coal samples can still be oxidized; the lower the air volume is, the lower the oxygen concentration is, and the higher the CO gas concentration in the goaf is, the lower the air supply volume in the face is, the higher the CO gas concentration in the goaf is, and the longer the stoppage time is, the greater the CO gas concentration in the goaf is. But it does not prove that the temperature of the goaf is on the rise.
