【摘要】：基于社會脆弱性的理論內(nèi)涵,本文綜合考慮社會結(jié)構(gòu)的10個方面影響,構(gòu)建中國社會脆弱性綜合評價指標體系,利用多元因子分析方法(MFA),對1991—2010年省域社會脆弱性進行綜合評價,分析其時空演變.結(jié)果表明:從空間上看,中國自然災害社會脆弱性格局較穩(wěn)定,呈西高東低、梯度遞減的分布規(guī)律;從時間上看,社會脆弱性總體呈下降趨勢,空間依賴程度呈增長趨勢;從影響因素上看,人口、社會保障、教育水平和社會文化、社會醫(yī)療及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施影響較顯著,經(jīng)濟水平、土地利用狀況影響相對次要,應(yīng)對和適應(yīng)能力的提升能有效降低區(qū)域社會脆弱性.該研究為區(qū)域防災減災能力建設(shè)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了理論參考.
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical connotation of social vulnerability, this paper comprehensively considers 10 aspects of social structure, constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of social vulnerability in China, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of social vulnerability in the province from 1991 to 2010 by using the method of multiple factor analysis (MFAA). The results show that the pattern of social vulnerability to natural disasters in China is relatively stable in space, with the distribution pattern of high and low in the west and the east in the west, and the gradient decreasing, and the social vulnerability in general shows a downward trend in time. From the perspective of influence factors, population, social security, educational level and social culture, social medical treatment and infrastructure have significant effects, while economic level and land use status are relatively secondary. The improvement of coping and adaptive ability can effectively reduce the vulnerability of regional society. This study provides a theoretical reference for regional disaster prevention and mitigation capacity-building and sustainable development.
