環(huán)境條件對(duì)柴油池火火行為的影響

【摘要】:為了分析不同初始環(huán)境條件下柴油池火的火行為,以下襯水墊層、直徑D為205 mm的柴油池作為主火源和待引燃火源,通過對(duì)火焰溫度、熱輻射強(qiáng)度和煙氣蔓延速度的測(cè)試,分析初始環(huán)境溫度、自然通風(fēng)和機(jī)械通風(fēng)對(duì)柴油池火燃燒特性及安全防火間距的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在自然通風(fēng)條件下,環(huán)境溫度越高,柴油池火進(jìn)入沸溢噴濺階段越快,輔油盆被引燃的可能性增大。當(dāng)風(fēng)速為0.5 m/s時(shí),環(huán)境溫度為9℃和25℃時(shí)柴油池火的安全間距分別應(yīng)該保持在0.4D和0.6D以上;當(dāng)風(fēng)速為1.0 m/s時(shí),兩種環(huán)境溫度下柴油池火的安全間距均應(yīng)保持在0.8D以上。在所設(shè)置的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,輔油盆被引燃的臨界條件是其接收到的輻射熱累計(jì)達(dá)到392.634 k J/m2以上。低風(fēng)速條件下,環(huán)境初始溫度越高,柴油池火蔓延的危險(xiǎn)性越大;當(dāng)風(fēng)速增加到1 m/s時(shí),環(huán)境初始溫度的影響相對(duì)較小,風(fēng)速對(duì)柴油池火蔓延的影響更突出。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the fire behavior of diesel oil pool fire under different initial conditions, the following water liner layer, diesel tank with diameter D of 205 mm is used as the main fire source and fire source to be ignited. The flame temperature, thermal radiation intensity and smoke spread rate are measured. The effects of the initial ambient temperature, natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation on the combustion characteristics and safe fire-proof spacing of diesel fuel pool fire are analyzed. The results show that the higher the ambient temperature, the faster the diesel pool fire enters the boiling spatter stage under the natural ventilation condition. When the wind speed is 0.5 m / s, the safe distance of diesel pool fire should be above 0.4D and 0.6D at ambient temperature of 9 鈩,
