全尺寸船舶機(jī)艙火災(zāi)發(fā)展及煙氣充填行為

【摘要】:船舶機(jī)艙是火災(zāi)高發(fā)場(chǎng)所,其空間高大且相對(duì)封閉,火災(zāi)特性與一般建筑具有明顯不同。本文基于全尺寸船舶機(jī)艙火災(zāi)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)(22.4 m×12 m×14 m)開展了不同火災(zāi)規(guī)模情況下的火災(zāi)基本特性和煙氣充填規(guī)律的研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):封閉機(jī)艙空間內(nèi)火源功率隨時(shí)間表現(xiàn)出先增長(zhǎng)后穩(wěn)定的變化規(guī)律,且增長(zhǎng)階段火源功率隨時(shí)間線性增長(zhǎng)。單位面積火源功率隨火災(zāi)規(guī)模的變化規(guī)律與開放空間類似,隨之增大而增大。另外,本文基于理想羽流模型和質(zhì)量守恒,發(fā)展了考慮溫度梯度分布的煙氣沉降預(yù)測(cè)模型,提高了煙氣層沉降規(guī)律的預(yù)測(cè)精度。
[Abstract]:The ship engine room is a high fire place, its space is tall and relatively closed, The characteristics of fire are obviously different from those of general buildings. Based on the full-size marine engine room fire test rig 22.4 m 脳 12 m 脳 14 m), the basic fire characteristics and smoke filling law under different fire scales are studied. The results show that the characteristics of fire are different from those of normal buildings. The power of fire source in the enclosed engine room increases first and then changes steadily with time. And the power of fire source increases linearly with time in the growth stage. The variation law of the power of fire source per unit area with the fire scale is similar to that of open space and increases with it. In addition, based on the ideal plume model and the conservation of mass, the variation of fire source power per unit area is similar to that of open space. The prediction model of flue gas subsidence considering temperature gradient distribution is developed, and the prediction precision of smoke layer settlement law is improved.
