【摘要】:研究飛機地面除冰問題,保障民航在冬季冰雪天氣下安全運行。由于近年來我國航班密度有大幅增長,除冰效率直接影響機場航班總延誤時間,F(xiàn)有的先到先服務的除冰調(diào)度方法在除冰資源有限時,效率不高,影響航班正點率。針對飛機地面集中除冰的過程,建立了除冰調(diào)度模型,提出了短進程優(yōu)先的調(diào)度方法。利用首都機場的實際航班數(shù)據(jù),采用VC++編程進行仿真。結(jié)果表明,短進程優(yōu)先除冰調(diào)度方法在飛機除冰總延遲時間和飛機延遲數(shù)量指標上,均優(yōu)于現(xiàn)有的先到先服務策略,在除冰資源非常稀缺時,改進方法更能有效減少延誤時間,為機場除冰調(diào)度提供了科學依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:To study the problem of aircraft deicing on the ground, to ensure the safe operation of civil aviation in winter snow and ice weather. As the density of flights in China has increased substantially in recent years, The deicing efficiency directly affects the total delay time of the airport flight. The existing first-come first-served deicing scheduling method is not efficient when the deicing resources are limited, which affects the flight punctuality rate. A deicing scheduling model is established, and a short-process-first scheduling method is proposed. Using the actual flight data of the capital airport, the simulation is carried out with VC programming. The results show that, The short-process priority deicing scheduling method is superior to the existing first-come first-served strategy in terms of total deicing delay time and aircraft delay quantity. When deicing resources are very scarce, the improved method can effectively reduce the delay time. It provides scientific basis for airport deicing scheduling.
