密封巷道—鉆孔聯(lián)合預(yù)抽瓦斯技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:影響鉆孔瓦斯抽采濃度的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題是鉆孔孔口的封孔質(zhì)量,無(wú)論是本層抽采,鄰近層抽采或采空區(qū)抽采,在保證孔內(nèi)(孔底)有足夠的瓦斯源的基礎(chǔ)上,只有封孔質(zhì)量好,孔口嚴(yán)密不漏氣,才能抽出高濃度瓦斯,提高抽采效果。 水封鉆場(chǎng)是一種新型的瓦斯預(yù)抽采技術(shù),它依據(jù)甲烷難溶于水的性質(zhì),鉆孔不用封孔,用水將抽采巷道中的瓦斯與通風(fēng)巷道隔開,避免漏入空氣,從而保證了良好的密封性,能抽出高濃度的瓦斯。 應(yīng)用數(shù)值模擬、理論分析和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工業(yè)試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,研究了應(yīng)用水封鉆孔技術(shù)抽采高濃度瓦斯的方法。利用數(shù)值分析理論,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,編制數(shù)值模擬程序,研究瓦斯在水封鉆場(chǎng)的流動(dòng)規(guī)律。選取山西焦煤西山煤電集團(tuán)公司杜兒坪礦北三盤區(qū)68305預(yù)抽巷為試驗(yàn)地點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了水封鉆場(chǎng)抽采瓦斯試驗(yàn)研究,提出了水封鉆場(chǎng)合理的施工工藝和技術(shù)方案。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,水封鉆場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定抽采期間的瓦斯?jié)舛仍?0%以上,最高濃度可達(dá)85%。同時(shí),研究水封鉆場(chǎng)的鉆孔布置方式、抽采負(fù)壓、試驗(yàn)區(qū)域的地質(zhì)構(gòu)造等因素對(duì)瓦斯抽采的影響規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The key problem affecting the concentration of gas extraction in borehole is the quality of hole sealing at the hole opening. Whether it is the drainage of this layer, the drainage of adjacent strata or the extraction of goaf, the quality of sealing holes is good on the basis of ensuring that there are enough gas sources in the hole (bottom of the hole). In order to extract high concentration gas and improve the effect of drainage, the hole mouth is tight and not leaking gas. The water seal drilling field is a new type of gas pre-extraction technology. It is based on the property of methane insoluble in water, the borehole does not need to seal holes, the gas in the drainage roadway is separated from the ventilation roadway with water, and the air leakage is avoided, thus the good sealing property is ensured. High concentration of gas can be pumped out. By using the method of numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and field industrial test, the method of extracting high concentration gas by using water seal drilling technique is studied. The mathematical model is established by using the theory of numerical analysis, and the numerical simulation program is compiled. This paper studies the flow rule of gas in the water seal drilling yard. Taking 68305 pre-drainage roadway of North Sanpan District of Duerping Coal Power Group Company of Shanxi Coking Coal Xishan Coal Power Group Company as the experimental site, the gas extraction test of water seal drilling field is carried out. The reasonable construction technology and technical scheme of water seal drilling yard are put forward. The test results show that the gas concentration is above 60% and the highest concentration can reach 85. At the same time, the drilling arrangement of water seal drilling yard is studied, and the negative pressure is extracted. The influence of geological structure and other factors on gas drainage in the test area.
