松軟含硫化鐵結(jié)核煤層成孔問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)松軟含硫化鐵結(jié)核煤層在順層鉆孔施工存在的塌孔、卡鉆、成孔深度淺等問(wèn)題,提出深槽螺旋復(fù)合鉆進(jìn)技術(shù),開發(fā)出相應(yīng)鉆具組合,并通過(guò)在實(shí)踐中的不斷試驗(yàn),對(duì)鉆具進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化改進(jìn)。研究結(jié)果表明,在松軟含硫化鐵結(jié)核地層中鉆進(jìn),原來(lái)一直認(rèn)為硫化鐵結(jié)核是影響鉆進(jìn)成孔的決定性因素的這一觀點(diǎn)存在認(rèn)識(shí)上的誤區(qū),真正起決定性作用的是硫化鐵結(jié)核影響下的孔壁的穩(wěn)定性;深槽寬翼片螺旋復(fù)合鉆進(jìn)技術(shù)在松軟含硫化鐵結(jié)核煤層中成孔率高,有其獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of hole collapse, drilling jam and shallow hole forming depth in soft iron-sulfide nodule coal seam construction, this paper puts forward the technology of deep groove helical composite drilling, develops the corresponding drilling tool combination, and through the continuous test in practice, puts forward the technology of deep groove helical composite drilling. The optimum improvement of drilling tools has been carried out. The research results show that there is a misunderstanding in the view that iron sulfide nodules are the decisive factors affecting drilling hole formation in soft iron-sulfide nodule formation. The stability of the hole wall under the influence of iron sulfide nodules is really decisive, and the deep groove wide wing helical composite drilling technology has its unique advantages because of its high pore formation rate in soft iron sulfide nodules coal seams.
