【摘要】：工程社會(huì)學(xué)作為一個(gè)新興學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,目前尚未成為社會(huì)學(xué)的分支領(lǐng)域。這種學(xué)科情形與其自身缺乏對(duì)工程的外部社會(huì)問(wèn)題研究和評(píng)估相關(guān),為此必須要把工程的社會(huì)問(wèn)題研究作為工程社會(huì)學(xué)的一個(gè)重要主題對(duì)待。目前社會(huì)問(wèn)題社會(huì)學(xué)已經(jīng)不再把社會(huì)問(wèn)題理解為既定的問(wèn)題事實(shí),而是堅(jiān)持以社會(huì)問(wèn)題定義和社會(huì)問(wèn)題建構(gòu)兩種范式來(lái)認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì)問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)工程的社會(huì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了內(nèi)外區(qū)分,并突出了工程的外部社會(huì)問(wèn)題研究。然后把化學(xué)工程作為工程的社會(huì)問(wèn)題研究的一個(gè)典型領(lǐng)域,表明化學(xué)工程的社會(huì)問(wèn)題識(shí)別和解決傾向于對(duì)社會(huì)問(wèn)題建構(gòu)范式的理論支持。同時(shí)指出,不能以一套既有的規(guī)范和指南解決化學(xué)工程的社會(huì)問(wèn)題,必須要針對(duì)具體的化學(xué)工程,對(duì)其負(fù)面的社會(huì)影響程度和范圍進(jìn)行專業(yè)性和社會(huì)性評(píng)估,以便為具體地認(rèn)識(shí)化學(xué)工程社會(huì)問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)象特征和發(fā)生過(guò)程以及調(diào)動(dòng)社會(huì)力量解決問(wèn)題奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As a new discipline, sociology of engineering has not yet become a branch of sociology, which is related to its lack of research and evaluation of the external social problems of engineering. Therefore, it is necessary to treat the study of social problems in engineering as an important subject of engineering sociology. At present, social problems are no longer understood as established problem facts in sociology of social problems. Instead, we insist on using the definition of social problems and the construction of social problems as two paradigms to understand social problems. This paper makes an internal and external distinction between the social problems of engineering and the construction of social problems. It also highlights the study of external social problems of engineering. Then chemical engineering is regarded as a typical field of social problems in engineering. It is indicated that the identification and solution of social problems in chemical engineering tend to support the construction paradigm of social problems. At the same time, it is pointed out that the social problems of chemical engineering should not be solved by a set of existing norms and guidelines, but must be aimed at specific chemical engineering. The degree and scope of its negative social impact are evaluated professionally and socially in order to lay a foundation for the understanding of the phenomenon characteristics and occurrence process of the social problems in chemical engineering and the mobilization of social forces to solve the problems.
