基于突發(fā)中斷條件的城市軌道交通應(yīng)急客流疏運研究

【摘要】:近年來,城市軌道交通作為城市交通的骨干運輸系統(tǒng),在我國的多個大中型城市得到了快速的發(fā)展。縱觀國內(nèi)外城市,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化運營已經(jīng)成為城市軌道交通建設(shè)與發(fā)展的必然趨勢,路網(wǎng)規(guī)模在不斷的擴(kuò)大,路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)在進(jìn)一步的完善。但是,由于自然災(zāi)害、設(shè)備故障、運營管理等多個方面的因素,城市軌道交通系統(tǒng)不可避免的會發(fā)生突發(fā)的中斷事故,給城市的交通系統(tǒng)帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,并且損害到乘客的出行乃至生命財產(chǎn)安全。因此,研究突發(fā)中斷下城市軌道交通的應(yīng)急客流疏運的相關(guān)問題具有著極其重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。 論文以“突發(fā)中斷情況下軌道交通的應(yīng)急客流疏運”作為研究對象,從突發(fā)中斷事件以及軌道交通列車運營調(diào)整方法入手,以軌道交通路網(wǎng)的連通可靠性仿真作為研究基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合城市軌道交通行車組織的相關(guān)理論及方法,從客流分析、折返站設(shè)置、客流疏散、應(yīng)急體系、應(yīng)急公交聯(lián)動等多方面開展了較為深入的研究,主要的研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)從事故原因、影響等級等方面歸納介紹了城市軌道交通的突發(fā)中斷事件,并且總結(jié)了其所呈現(xiàn)主要特點,進(jìn)而系統(tǒng)的匯總和歸納了現(xiàn)有的、常見的突發(fā)中斷事件中軌道交通列車的應(yīng)急調(diào)整方法。 (2)引入圖論以及復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)中相關(guān)的概念及理論,建立了成都市地鐵規(guī)劃路網(wǎng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)模型,以節(jié)點的度數(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)的平均連接效率、節(jié)點的網(wǎng)絡(luò)凝聚度等參數(shù)作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),仿真研究了成都市路網(wǎng)在隨機(jī)性突發(fā)中斷以及選擇性突發(fā)中斷條件下的連通可靠性,并進(jìn)一步仿真研究了路網(wǎng)中不同的節(jié)點對于路網(wǎng)整體的連通可靠性以及結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性所起到的不同作用。 (3)根據(jù)仿真的研究結(jié)果,深入分析了隨機(jī)性突發(fā)中斷條件下的路網(wǎng)的客流特點,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了此種情況下的客流疏散的最優(yōu)徑路集生成模型,設(shè)計了Dijkstra算法和改進(jìn)的刪除算法相結(jié)合的求解算法,并結(jié)合相關(guān)的算例和數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行了編程求解。 (4)以仿真結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ),從應(yīng)急體系、應(yīng)急預(yù)案以及城市公共交通的應(yīng)急聯(lián)動等方面研究了軌道交通系統(tǒng)在選擇性突發(fā)中斷條件下軌道交通客流疏運的應(yīng)急策略問題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as the backbone transportation system of urban transportation, urban rail transit has been developing rapidly in many large and medium-sized cities in China. Network operation has become an inevitable trend in the construction and development of urban rail transit. The scale of the network is constantly expanding, and the network structure is being further improved. However, due to natural disasters, equipment failures, operation management and other factors, The urban rail transit system will inevitably have a sudden interruption accident, which will bring economic losses to the urban transportation system, and damage the travel of passengers and even the safety of life and property. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the problems related to the emergency passenger flow of urban rail transit under sudden interruption. In this paper, the emergency passenger flow of rail transit under the condition of sudden interruption is taken as the research object, starting with the sudden interruption and the adjustment method of rail transit train operation, and taking the connected reliability simulation of rail transit network as the research foundation. Combined with the related theories and methods of urban rail transit traffic organization, this paper has carried out more in-depth research from many aspects, such as passenger flow analysis, reentry station setting, passenger flow evacuation, emergency system, emergency bus linkage and so on. The main research contents are as follows:. 1) the sudden interruption of urban rail transit is introduced from the aspects of accident cause, influence grade and so on, and the main features are summarized, and then the existing ones are summarized systematically. The common emergency adjustment method of rail transit train in sudden interruptions. 2) by introducing graph theory and related concepts and theories in complex networks, a network topology model of metro network planning in Chengdu is established. The parameters such as the degree of nodes, the average connection efficiency of networks and the network cohesion of nodes are taken as the standard. The connectivity reliability of Chengdu road network under the condition of random burst interruption and selective burst interruption is studied by simulation. Furthermore, the effects of different nodes on the overall connectivity reliability and structural stability of the road network are studied by simulation. 3) based on the results of simulation, the characteristics of road network passenger flow under the condition of random sudden interruption are deeply analyzed, and the optimal path set generation model of passenger flow evacuation under this condition is established. The Dijkstra algorithm combined with the improved deletion algorithm is designed, and the solution is programmed by combining the relevant examples and data. 4) based on the simulation results, this paper studies the emergency strategy of the rail transit system under the condition of selective sudden interruption from the aspects of emergency system, emergency plan and emergency linkage of urban public transportation.
