彩跑粉燃爆特性及抑爆實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:彩跑粉又稱彩色玉米粉,主要應(yīng)用于彩虹跑活動(dòng)和某些慶;顒(dòng),由于彩跑粉調(diào)節(jié)了娛樂(lè)氛圍,它才被大量商業(yè)或慶典活動(dòng)使用。2015年臺(tái)灣發(fā)生彩跑粉爆炸事故,傷亡人數(shù)達(dá)524人,一時(shí)間彩跑粉在慶典活動(dòng)中被政府部門禁止使用。如果彩跑粉在能發(fā)揮原來(lái)功效的同時(shí)又不能發(fā)生爆炸危險(xiǎn),彩跑粉將會(huì)再次興起。本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)彩跑粉的燃燒與爆炸特性以及其抑爆進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)探索。首先對(duì)彩跑粉樣品進(jìn)行理化性能分析,包括粒度分布規(guī)律和元素含量分布;其次本文利用HY16429型粉塵云引燃溫度實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試裝置,對(duì)彩跑粉樣品的燃燒溫度特性進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),考察粉塵云質(zhì)量濃度、系統(tǒng)噴塵壓力和色素三種因素對(duì)最低引燃溫度的影響,揭示了彩跑粉的燃燒特性;第三,用20 L近球形爆炸測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)其進(jìn)行了爆炸特性及Mg(OH)_2、Al(OH)_3和NaHCO_3三種粉體抑爆材料的抑爆實(shí)驗(yàn),揭示了彩跑粉的爆炸特性和抑爆材料對(duì)其抑爆的效果,研究結(jié)果表明:(1)在不同噴塵壓力條件下,粉塵云最低引燃溫度隨粉塵云質(zhì)量濃度的增加先下降后上升,在2250-3500 g·m3的范圍內(nèi)達(dá)到最危險(xiǎn)濃度;在粉塵云濃度不同的條件下,最低引燃溫度隨噴塵壓力的增加先下降后上升,在60 kPa-80 kPa的范圍內(nèi)達(dá)到最低值,最低引燃溫度值為均365 ℃;無(wú)色彩跑粉的引燃溫度普遍低于含有色素的彩跑粉,含有色素的四種彩跑粉中,在500-4500 g·m-3濃度區(qū)間內(nèi),紅色彩跑粉最低引燃溫度變化幅度最大,當(dāng)粉塵云濃度小于1000 g·m-3時(shí)可達(dá)475 ℃,達(dá)到最危險(xiǎn)濃度時(shí)引燃溫度為最低值365 ℃;藍(lán)色彩跑粉粉塵云最低引燃溫度隨粉塵云質(zhì)量濃度的變化相對(duì)比較穩(wěn)定。(2)在粉塵云濃度為70 g·m-3的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,隨著點(diǎn)火延遲時(shí)間的增加,粉塵云最大爆炸壓力先增大后減小,60 ms時(shí)達(dá)到最佳點(diǎn)火延遲時(shí)間;粉塵云最大爆炸壓力隨初始點(diǎn)火能量的增大而增大,最低初始點(diǎn)火能量為4 kJ;粉塵爆炸壓力-時(shí)間曲線被劃分為壓力上升階段、壓力峰值階段和壓力衰減階段;無(wú)色彩跑粉粉塵云最大爆炸壓力隨粉塵云濃度的增加先增大后減小,當(dāng)濃度達(dá)到190 g·m-3時(shí)為最危險(xiǎn)濃度,此時(shí)爆炸壓力達(dá)到最大值0.368 MPa;不同顏色的彩跑粉爆炸下限濃度各不相同,其中紅色彩跑粉爆炸下限濃度最大(70-80 g·m-3),藍(lán)色彩跑粉爆炸下限濃度最小(40-50 g·m-3)。(3)經(jīng)測(cè)試,Mg(OH)_2、Al(OH)_3和NaHCO_3三種粉體抑爆材料均能有效的抑制粉塵爆炸,其抑爆效果:NaHCO_3Al(OH)_3Mg(OH)_2。本文所得數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)論能為預(yù)防彩跑粉燃爆提供一定的理論指導(dǎo),對(duì)可燃性粉塵行業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Color running powder, also known as colored corn flour, is mainly used in rainbow running and some celebrations. Because it regulates the entertainment atmosphere, it is used in a large number of commercial or celebration activities. In 2015, Taiwan had an explosion of color running powder. The number of casualties reached 524. For a while, the government banned the use of the powder during the celebrations. If the powder can not be used in the same way as it used to work, but without the risk of explosion, Color running powder will rise again. This paper focuses on the combustion and explosion characteristics of color running powder and its explosion suppression. Firstly, the physical and chemical properties of color running powder samples are analyzed, including particle size distribution and element content distribution. Secondly, using HY16429 model dust cloud ignition temperature test device, the combustion temperature characteristics of the color powder sample were tested. The effects of three factors, such as dust cloud mass concentration, dust spray pressure and pigment, on the minimum ignition temperature were investigated. The combustion characteristics of the powder were revealed. Thirdly, the explosion characteristics of the powder were tested with a 20L near-spherical explosion test system, and the explosion suppression experiments of three kinds of powder explosive suppression materials, MgOHJ 2AlAlOHNi3 and NaHCO_3, were carried out. The explosion characteristics of the powder and the effect of the explosive suppression material on it are revealed. The results show that the minimum ignition temperature of the dust cloud decreases first and then rises with the increase of the mass concentration of the dust cloud under different dust-spray pressure. In the range of 2250-3500g 路m ~ 3, the lowest ignition temperature decreased first and then increased with the increase of dust pressure, and reached the lowest value in the range of 60 kPa-80 kPa, and the lowest ignition temperature was 365 鈩,
