復(fù)雜條件下孤島綜放面自燃防治技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:針對孟巴礦特厚煤層二分層1210孤島綜放面高地溫高濕環(huán)境、采空區(qū)遺煤多及構(gòu)造帶漏風(fēng)等復(fù)雜條件下開采的特點(diǎn),分析了煤自燃防治的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域,根據(jù)生產(chǎn)期間不同時期工作面CO氣體的變化情況,綜合論證不同防滅火技術(shù)的作用效果,采用定期監(jiān)測、端頭封堵后復(fù)合膠體隔離、注氮惰化等綜合防滅火技術(shù),有效地阻斷了煤自燃發(fā)展的必要條件,確保了1210孤島綜放面的正常生產(chǎn)和回收。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of mining under complicated conditions, such as high temperature and high humidity environment of 1210 fully mechanized caving face in two layers of thick coal seam in Mengba Mine, more residual coal in goaf and air leakage in structural belt, the key areas for prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal are analyzed. According to the change of CO gas in different working face during production period, the effect of different fire prevention and extinguishing technology is comprehensively demonstrated. The comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology is adopted, such as periodic monitoring, compound colloid isolation after end plugging, nitrogen inert injection and so on. It effectively blocks the necessary condition of coal spontaneous combustion and ensures the normal production and recovery of 1210 island fully mechanized caving face.
