【摘要】：為促進(jìn)組織安全文化評(píng)價(jià)研究與實(shí)踐,針對(duì)目前組織安全文化評(píng)價(jià)研究所存在的根本缺陷,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法,對(duì)組織安全文化評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)性問(wèn)題及方法論開(kāi)展系統(tǒng)研究。基于評(píng)價(jià)的定義,提出組織安全文化評(píng)價(jià)的定義,并分析其內(nèi)涵�；诖�,提煉與剖析組織安全文化評(píng)價(jià)的8個(gè)基本問(wèn)題,即評(píng)價(jià)原則、評(píng)價(jià)基準(zhǔn)、評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象、評(píng)價(jià)目的、評(píng)價(jià)層面、評(píng)價(jià)范圍、評(píng)價(jià)依據(jù)與限制因素,并建構(gòu)和解析組織安全文化評(píng)價(jià)的一般程式。結(jié)果表明:組織安全文化評(píng)價(jià)需以明晰上述8個(gè)組織安全文化評(píng)價(jià)的基本問(wèn)題為前提和基礎(chǔ),需以文獻(xiàn)學(xué)方法、系統(tǒng)論方法、社會(huì)學(xué)與心理學(xué)方法、數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法及具體評(píng)價(jià)方法 5大類方法為指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the research and practice of the evaluation of organizational safety culture, aiming at the fundamental defects of the present research on the evaluation of organizational safety culture, this paper applies the literature analysis method. The basic problems and methodology of organizational safety culture evaluation are systematically studied. Based on the definition of evaluation, the definition of organizational safety culture evaluation is put forward, and its connotation is analyzed. Abstract and analyze the eight basic problems in the evaluation of organizational safety culture, namely, the evaluation principle, the evaluation benchmark, the evaluation object, the evaluation purpose, the evaluation level, the evaluation scope, the evaluation basis and the limiting factors. The results show that the evaluation of organizational safety culture should be based on clarifying the basic problems mentioned above, and should be based on the methods of bibliography and system theory. The methods of sociology and psychology, mathematics and statistics, and concrete evaluation methods are guided by 5 kinds of methods.
