木質(zhì)家具企業(yè)噴漆過程專用長管呼吸器的開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:目前木質(zhì)家具企業(yè)的噴漆工藝職業(yè)危害形勢非常嚴峻,主要體現(xiàn)在作業(yè)場所三苯等有毒物質(zhì)嚴重超標。由于傳統(tǒng)的技術(shù)改造、通風(fēng)凈化以及個體防護措施不能起到十分有效的作用,本文基于木質(zhì)家具企業(yè)噴漆工藝特點和職業(yè)危害,提出了噴漆過程專用長管呼吸器的開發(fā)研究。根據(jù)流體力學(xué)和人機工程學(xué)等理論知識進行初步設(shè)計,運用CFX模擬軟件對初步設(shè)計方案進行數(shù)值模擬并優(yōu)化初步方案。根據(jù)優(yōu)化方案進行樣機的制作,并通過試驗進一步驗證和改進。研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)專用長管呼吸器的初步設(shè)計及理論計算。結(jié)合木質(zhì)家具企業(yè)噴漆過程的工藝特點,運用流體力學(xué)和人機工程學(xué)等學(xué)科理論,提出噴漆過程專用長管呼吸器的開發(fā),該呼吸器區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)長管呼吸器,在管路結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計上充分考慮噴漆過程的工藝特點,在面罩設(shè)計上追求輕便舒適,而且具備輸送風(fēng)量可調(diào)節(jié)的特點。 (2)基于CFX的數(shù)值模擬分析與優(yōu)化。對初步設(shè)計方案中的管路設(shè)計和面罩設(shè)計進行三維建模,并在CFX的環(huán)境下對其進行模擬,分析不同的管路設(shè)計方案和面罩設(shè)計方案在一定的輸入條件下的氣流情況,,進而提出優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案。 (3)專用長管呼吸器樣機的制作。根據(jù)優(yōu)化方案進行呼吸器樣機的制作,包括呼吸器管路優(yōu)化設(shè)計和管材選用、面罩的制作以及風(fēng)機參數(shù)和型號的確定,最后通過三通、彎頭等連接管件以及其他固定支架將這些主要元件裝配起來,并通過流量調(diào)節(jié)閥實現(xiàn)對送風(fēng)量的控制。 (4)專用長管呼吸器樣機的試驗及改進。從風(fēng)機的風(fēng)量風(fēng)壓輸出性能、連續(xù)工作性能,管路氣流分布的均勻性、送風(fēng)量的合理性以及面罩氣密性和佩戴的舒適性等方面,對呼吸器樣機的整體性能進行評估,并分析存在的問題,找出優(yōu)化改進的方法,形成最終方案,為專用長管呼吸器理論樣機的工程應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:At present, the occupational hazard situation of the painting process in wood furniture enterprises is very serious, mainly reflected in the fact that the toxic substances such as triphenyl in the workplace are seriously exceeding the standard. Because of the traditional technical transformation, Ventilation and purification and individual protection measures can not play a very effective role, this paper based on the wood furniture enterprises painting process characteristics and occupational hazards, In this paper, the development and research of long tube respirator for painting process are put forward. According to the theoretical knowledge of fluid mechanics and ergonomics, the preliminary design is carried out. The preliminary design scheme is simulated and optimized by using CFX simulation software. The prototype is made according to the optimization scheme, and further verified and improved by experiment. The research contents are as follows:. 1) the preliminary design and theoretical calculation of special long tube respirator. According to the technological characteristics of painting process in wooden furniture enterprises, the development of long tube respirator for painting process is put forward by using the theories of fluid mechanics and ergonomics. This kind of respirator is different from the traditional long tube respirator. In the design of pipeline structure, the technological characteristics of painting process are fully taken into account, and the design of mask is light and comfortable, and it has the characteristics of adjustable conveying air volume. 2) numerical simulation analysis and optimization based on CFX. The pipe design and mask design in the preliminary design scheme are modeled and simulated under the environment of CFX. The airflow situation of different pipeline design schemes and mask design schemes under certain input conditions is analyzed, and the optimal design scheme is put forward. Making of a prototype of a special long tube respirator. According to the optimized scheme, the prototype of the respirator is made, including the optimal design of the pipe line of the respirator and the selection of the pipe material, the manufacture of the mask, the determination of the parameters and the model of the fan, and finally through the three links, Connecting fittings such as elbows and other fixed supports assemble these main components and control the air supply through flow regulating valves. Test and improvement of the prototype of special long tube respirator. From the aspects of air pressure output performance, continuous working performance, air distribution uniformity of pipe, rationality of air supply volume, air tightness and comfort of mask, etc., the air pressure output performance of the fan, the continuous working performance, the air distribution uniformity of the pipe, the air tightness of the mask and the comfort of the mask, etc. The whole performance of the respirator prototype is evaluated, the existing problems are analyzed, the method of optimization and improvement is found, and the final scheme is formed, which lays a foundation for the engineering application of the theoretical prototype of the special long tube respirator.
