含瓦斯煤體一維滲透失穩(wěn)數(shù)學(xué)模型

【摘要】:為了研究煤與瓦斯突出過(guò)程,把構(gòu)造煤作為煤與瓦斯突出的物性基礎(chǔ),建立煤與瓦斯一維持續(xù)滲透失穩(wěn)破壞的數(shù)學(xué)模型;谝呀⒌囊痪S滲透失穩(wěn)判別式,假定煤壁背景氣壓以指數(shù)規(guī)律衰減,結(jié)合理想氣體狀態(tài)方程、氣體運(yùn)動(dòng)方程(達(dá)西定律)和連續(xù)性方程建立含瓦斯煤體一維持續(xù)滲透失穩(wěn)數(shù)學(xué)模型。采用有限差分法對(duì)所建立含瓦斯煤體一維持續(xù)滲透失穩(wěn)數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行求解,分析煤層初次失穩(wěn)和持續(xù)分層失穩(wěn)過(guò)程。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:煤層滲透率越大、背景氣壓消散越慢,則失穩(wěn)分層厚度越大,分層失穩(wěn)間隔時(shí)間越大;煤壁背景氣壓消散速率越快,突出強(qiáng)度越大。為了研究煤壁背景氣壓消散速率對(duì)突出強(qiáng)度的影響,采用自制實(shí)驗(yàn)裝備進(jìn)行密閉門揭煤實(shí)驗(yàn)、砂礫石反濾層揭煤實(shí)驗(yàn)、金屬柵欄揭煤實(shí)驗(yàn)和巷道無(wú)障礙揭煤實(shí)驗(yàn)。四種揭煤實(shí)驗(yàn)均采用經(jīng)15MPa壓力壓實(shí)的煤樣,煤樣總質(zhì)量為35kg,突出后的松散煤樣質(zhì)量分別為0.30kg、1.80kg、5.36kg和23.88kg,突出后的松散煤樣質(zhì)量占總質(zhì)量比分別為0.85%、5.10%、15.3%和68.4%。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:密閉門揭煤實(shí)驗(yàn)、反濾層揭煤實(shí)驗(yàn)、金屬柵欄揭煤實(shí)驗(yàn)和巷道無(wú)障礙揭煤實(shí)驗(yàn)的突出強(qiáng)度依次升高。
[Abstract]:In order to study the process of coal and gas outburst, taking structural coal as the physical property foundation of coal and gas outburst, the mathematical model of one dimensional continuous seepage instability of coal and gas is established. Assuming that the background pressure of coal wall attenuates exponentially, combining with the equation of state of ideal gas, The gas motion equation (Darcy's law) and the continuity equation are used to establish the one-dimensional sustained permeability instability mathematical model of gas-bearing coal body. The finite difference method is used to solve the one-dimensional sustained permeability instability mathematical model of gas-bearing coal body. The calculation results show that the greater the permeability of coal seam, the slower the background pressure dissipation, the greater the thickness of unstable stratification, the longer the interval of stratification instability, the faster the velocity of atmospheric pressure dissipation in coal wall is. In order to study the effect of atmospheric pressure dissipation rate on the outburst strength of coal wall background, the self-made experimental equipment was used to test the closed door uncovering of coal and the sand gravel filter layer to uncover coal. The experiments of removing coal under metal fence and unobstructed coal in roadway are carried out. The four kinds of coal uncovering experiments are all coal samples compacted under 15MPa pressure. The total mass of coal sample is 35 kg, the mass of loose coal sample after outburst is 0.30 kg / 1.80 kg / kg 5.36 kg and 23.88 kg respectively, the ratio of the mass of outburst loose coal sample to the total mass is 0.85% 5.10% and 68.4% respectively. The outburst strength of metal fence uncovering coal experiment and roadway unobstructed coal uncovering experiment increased in turn.
