【摘要】：為探究松軟煤層瓦斯突出規(guī)律,基于正交試驗以腐殖酸鈉溶液為膠結(jié)劑、不同粒徑煤粉為骨料,配制不同配比的相似材料,采用極差分析、數(shù)據(jù)擬合等方法研究腐殖酸鈉溶液質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)、成型水分等對相似材料的力學(xué)特性及吸附解析等特性的影響。結(jié)果表明:腐殖酸鈉溶液質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)對相似材料力學(xué)特性起主要控制作用。成型水分和腐殖酸鈉溶液質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)均顯著影響相似材料瓦斯吸附解析等特性,累計解吸量和瓦斯吸附量隨著腐殖酸鈉溶液質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的增加;累計解吸量隨水分含量的增加而減小,瓦斯吸附量隨平衡壓力增大而增大。材料滲透率隨著腐殖酸鈉溶液質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)呈負(fù)指數(shù)函數(shù)變化。
[Abstract]:In order to explore of soft coal seam gas outburst law, based on the orthogonal experiment with humic acid sodium solution as cementing agent, pulverized coal with different particle size as aggregate, similar material with different proportions, by range analysis, data fitting method of humic acid sodium concentration, influence of moisture content on the forming of similar material mechanical properties and adsorption analysis etc. characteristics. The results show that the mass fraction of humic acid sodium solution controlled the similar mechanical properties of materials. The mass fraction of sodium aluminate solution forming water and humic significantly affect the adsorption and desorption characteristics of similar material of gas, the cumulative desorption amount and quantity of the gas with the increase of humic acid sodium solution concentration increased with cumulative desorption; the moisture content decreases, gas adsorption capacity increases with the increase of the equilibrium pressure. Material with permeability of humic acid sodium solution concentration has a negative exponential function change .
