【摘要】：氣體泄漏爆燃起火從起火方式到燃燒特征,較其他火災(zāi)有不同之處,調(diào)查認(rèn)定過程也有差異。主要從以下方面展開分析:燃爆起火的認(rèn)定、燃爆部位的確定、查找泄漏點并確定泄漏源、分析認(rèn)定點火源等,提出此類事故調(diào)查的特點,總結(jié)更為合理的調(diào)查認(rèn)定程序。
[Abstract]:The gas leakage and deflagration fire is different from the mode of fire to the characteristics of combustion, and the process of investigation and identification is also different. The analysis is mainly carried out from the following aspects: the determination of the fire, the determination of the location of the explosion, To find out the leak point and determine the leakage source, to analyze and identify the ignition source, to put forward the characteristics of this kind of accident investigation, and to summarize the more reasonable procedure of investigation and determination.
