內(nèi)河觀光船撞橋風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為提高內(nèi)河觀光船航行安全性,降低撞橋?yàn)?zāi)難性事故發(fā)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平,基于AASHTO模型進(jìn)行船撞橋概率預(yù)報(bào),分析撞擊力對(duì)船首結(jié)構(gòu)安全和船舶大傾角穩(wěn)性的影響,提出船撞橋風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法.應(yīng)用該方法對(duì)某內(nèi)河觀光船撞橋風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,并討論船速和橋墩防撞裝置變形系數(shù)對(duì)船首結(jié)構(gòu)安全和船舶大傾角穩(wěn)性的影響.結(jié)果表明:船舶通過橋區(qū)水域時(shí),若適當(dāng)降低航速,可避免由撞橋?qū)е碌拇皟A覆事故的發(fā)生;增設(shè)彈性或柔性防撞裝置,增加防撞裝置變形系數(shù),可減少船舶結(jié)構(gòu)損壞程度,避免船舶傾覆.評(píng)估方法合理,結(jié)論可供內(nèi)河觀光船安全航行參考.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the navigation safety of inland river sightseeing ships and reduce the risk level of catastrophic accidents caused by bridge collision, the probability prediction of ship collision bridge based on AASHTO model is carried out, and the influence of collision force on the safety of bow structure and the stability of ship with large dip angle is analyzed. The risk assessment method of ship collision bridge is put forward, which is used to evaluate the risk of collision of a inland river sightseeing ship. The effects of ship speed and deformation coefficient of pier anti-collision device on the safety of the bow structure and the stability of the ship with large dip angle are discussed. The results show that if the ship passes through the waters of the bridge area, the accident of overturning caused by the collision can be avoided if the ship's speed is reduced properly. Adding elastic or flexible anti-collision device and increasing the deformation coefficient of anti-collision device can reduce the damage degree of ship structure and avoid ship overturning. The evaluation method is reasonable and the conclusion can be used as reference for the safe navigation of inland river sightseeing ship.
