基于ZigBee技術的煤礦巷道安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:針對煤礦巷道頂板安全監(jiān)測采用有線網絡采集數(shù)據(jù)存在布線工作繁瑣、操作不方便、成本高和效率低等問題,設計了基于ZigBee技術的煤礦巷道安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)通過無線應力計自動測量煤礦巷道頂板應力,利用計算機分析煤礦巷道頂板的應力應變參數(shù),評估煤礦巷道的安全性。測試結果表明,該系統(tǒng)具有誤差小、操作方便、成本低、效率高等優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems such as complicated wiring work, inconvenient operation, high cost and low efficiency and so on, the wire network is used to monitor the roof safety of coal mine roadway. A coal mine roadway safety monitoring system based on ZigBee technology is designed, in which the roof stress of coal mine roadway is automatically measured by wireless stress meter, and the stress and strain parameters of coal mine roadway roof are analyzed by computer. The test results show that the system has the advantages of small error, convenient operation, low cost and high efficiency.
