某礦無底柱分段崩落法采場的爆堆通風(fēng)

【摘要】:甘肅某鐵礦因無底柱分段崩落法獨頭回采而通風(fēng)困難,加之受高寒地區(qū)特殊地理位置的影響,井下通風(fēng)設(shè)備運行效率低,難以提供充足的新鮮風(fēng)流,進一步惡化了井下作業(yè)環(huán)境。以甘肅某鐵礦為例,首先對相同開采深度不同水平厚度覆蓋巖層、不同開采深度相同水平厚度覆蓋巖層爆堆通風(fēng)風(fēng)速進行了現(xiàn)場測定,證明爆堆通風(fēng)的可行性,并對爆堆通風(fēng)在該礦山采場中風(fēng)流流動規(guī)律進行分析。其次,結(jié)合當(dāng)前礦山結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)以及現(xiàn)場實測數(shù)據(jù),針對不同通風(fēng)阻力的開采時期提出2種爆堆通風(fēng)方案。其一是利用采場進路進風(fēng),污風(fēng)經(jīng)爆堆直接排至地表,其二是采用2個分層同時退采,新鮮風(fēng)流由下一分層進路進入,污風(fēng)經(jīng)爆堆直接回至上一分層采場進路,并排至回風(fēng)巷。最后,指出了爆堆通風(fēng)方案存在問題,并提出相應(yīng)改進的措施。該礦爆堆通風(fēng)的初步應(yīng)用,對高寒地區(qū)無底柱分段崩落法采場通風(fēng)具有一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The ventilation of a certain iron mine in Gansu province is difficult because of the single-head mining by sublevel caving method without bottom pillar, and because of the influence of special geographical location in high and cold area, the operation efficiency of underground ventilation equipment is low, and it is difficult to provide sufficient fresh air flow. Taking a certain iron mine in Gansu province as an example, the ventilation wind speed of blasting pile of the same mining depth and the same horizontal thickness is measured in the field, first of all, the same mining depth and the same horizontal thickness cover the rock layer, and the same mining depth and the same horizontal thickness cover the rock layer. The feasibility of blasting pile ventilation is proved, and the flow law of blast pile ventilation in the mine stope is analyzed. Secondly, combined with the current mine structure parameters and field measured data, According to the mining period of different ventilation resistance, two kinds of blasting pile ventilation schemes are put forward. One is to use stope approach to enter wind, and the other is to use two layers to withdraw simultaneously, and the fresh air flow will enter through the next stratified road. The waste air is directly returned to the top of a stratified stope through the blast reactor and discharged to the return air roadway. Finally, the existing problems in the ventilation scheme of the blast pile are pointed out, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward, and the preliminary application of the blasting pile ventilation in the mine is put forward. It has certain reference significance to the ventilation of stope with sublevel caving method without bottom pillar in alpine area.
