礦井防滅火膨脹充填材料研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:煤炭在國(guó)家能源結(jié)構(gòu)中占主體地位。頻發(fā)的煤層自燃火災(zāi)嚴(yán)重地威脅著礦井工人的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,同時(shí)也制約著煤炭行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,因而,預(yù)防煤層自燃勢(shì)在必行,治理煤層火災(zāi)迫在眉睫。雖然有許多現(xiàn)代科技已經(jīng)應(yīng)用到煤層火災(zāi)的治理中,但從治理中出現(xiàn)的各種新問(wèn)題以及治理的效果看,為了可有效地治理煤層火災(zāi)、防滅煤層自燃,仍急切地需要開發(fā)礦井防滅火新型材料,為煤層火災(zāi)的治理提供新方法和新途徑。當(dāng)前用于煤礦火災(zāi)治理的材料有膠體材料、泡沫材料和發(fā)泡材料等,不同材料性質(zhì)的差異,僅靠一種材料來(lái)防滅煤層火災(zāi),其效果不理想。為此,本文依據(jù)基料、激發(fā)劑、膨脹劑、穩(wěn)泡劑四種材料的理論,提出了合理配置四種材料,研發(fā)出了礦井防滅火膨脹充填材料。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試的研究方法,對(duì)所開發(fā)的材料,保持其中三種組份添加量不變而僅改變另一種組份添加量,分別對(duì)由膨脹劑與穩(wěn)泡劑、水、激發(fā)劑以及基料的添加量不同所構(gòu)成的材料,從材料的流動(dòng)度、膨脹時(shí)間、膨脹倍數(shù)、溫度升高量和抗壓強(qiáng)度等因素進(jìn)行了測(cè)量分析,由所獲得的大量數(shù)據(jù),給出了這四種材料的合理配置比、生產(chǎn)工藝及使用方法。本文所研發(fā)出的膨脹充填材料在其膨脹過(guò)程是以漿液注入火區(qū),注入后會(huì)停留在特定位置,即使處于靜止?fàn)顟B(tài),然后體積向四周裂隙膨脹。這種膨脹作用可以促使材料向位置較高的空隙膨脹,并在漏風(fēng)區(qū)域形成較好的隔離帶,從而隔絕或減少氧氣向高溫區(qū)的擴(kuò)散,增強(qiáng)了防治煤層火災(zāi)的作用效果。對(duì)某礦四區(qū)段采空區(qū)自然發(fā)火情況,使用該材料進(jìn)行滅火處理,經(jīng)檢測(cè)和數(shù)據(jù)分析表明,乙烯濃度在第51天處很低,至第64天變?yōu)?;而CO濃度在10天內(nèi)降為0,其后測(cè)試值大多數(shù)為0,因此,本文所研發(fā)出的礦井防滅火膨脹充填材料具有良好的防治煤層自燃火災(zāi)的效果,可用于高區(qū)域、大范圍、遠(yuǎn)距離礦井火災(zāi)治理及特殊區(qū)域火災(zāi)治理。
[Abstract]:Coal is in the dominant position of the national energy structure of coal seam spontaneous combustion. The frequent serious threat to the mine worker's life and property safety, but also restricts the sustainable development of the coal industry, therefore, the prevention of spontaneous combustion of coal seam fire control is imperative, imminent. Although there are a lot of modern science and technology has been applied to the treatment of coal fire, but all kinds of problems from governance and governance effect, in order to effectively control coal seam fire, fire preventing and extinguishing the spontaneous combustion of coal, still eagerly need to develop new materials of mine fire prevention and control, and provide a new way for the treatment of coal seam fire. The current governance for coal mine fire materials colloid foam materials and materials foam material, different material properties, relying on a material to prevent destruction of coal seam fires, its effect is not ideal. Therefore, on the basis of the base material, activator, expansion Agent, agent four kinds of materials, foam stability theory, put forward the rational allocation of four kinds of materials, developed the mine expansion fire filling material. By using the method of experiment, the development of the material, which keep the three component amount unchanged but only change another component amount, respectively by the expansive agent and foam stabilizing agent, water, activator and adding amount of base material made from different materials, the material flow, the time of expansion, expansion ratio, temperature factors and compressive strength were measured and analyzed, by a large number of data, and gives a reasonable allocation of the four materials ratio, production process and application method. We developed the expansion of filling materials in the expansion process is injected into the fire to slurry, after the injection will stay in specific locations, even in a static state, and the volume around the crack expansion. This expansion can be In order to make materials to the void position higher inflation, and form a good isolation zone in the leakage area, so as to isolate and reduce oxygen diffusion to high temperature region, enhance the effect of preventing coal fire. Four section of a coal mine spontaneous combustion in goaf, the use of the materials in fire, the detection and analysis the data show that the concentration of ethylene in fifty-first days is very low, to sixty-fourth to 0 days; while the CO concentration in 10 days reduced to 0, followed by the most test value is 0, therefore, this paper developed the mine expansion fire preventing spontaneous combustion of coal filling material has excellent fire effect, can be used for high area large scale, long distance, fire control and fire control special area.
