船載危險品集裝箱安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:由于運(yùn)輸周期長、環(huán)境惡劣,船載危險品集裝箱極易發(fā)生事故,而且集裝箱的封閉性及船上人員、設(shè)備的缺乏給事故的發(fā)現(xiàn)和處理帶來了極大的困難,因此對船載危險品集裝箱進(jìn)行安全監(jiān)測就顯得尤為重要。目前,應(yīng)用于公路、鐵路運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域的集裝箱監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)一般采用RFID、GPRS、GPS及GIS等技術(shù),但這種系統(tǒng)的通訊方式、監(jiān)測對象及監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)并不適用于船載集裝箱運(yùn)輸。近年來無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速,并成為了船舶自動化的一個發(fā)展方向。自組織、低功耗、低成本等特點(diǎn)使無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)成為船載危險品集裝箱安全監(jiān)測較好的選擇。 本文從船載危險品集裝箱安全監(jiān)測的實(shí)際需求出發(fā),設(shè)計了一種基于無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的船載危險品集裝箱監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要包括無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)及監(jiān)測中心數(shù)據(jù)管理軟件。 首先,在JN5148模塊的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了三種無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)的硬件電路,分別為協(xié)調(diào)者節(jié)點(diǎn)、路由節(jié)點(diǎn)和監(jiān)測節(jié)點(diǎn)。同時,為解決危險品集裝箱監(jiān)測對象多且經(jīng)常更換的問題,設(shè)計了“即插即用”的傳感器模塊,監(jiān)測節(jié)點(diǎn)通過復(fù)用12C總線來識別和讀取傳感器模塊。 其次,在JenNet協(xié)議的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了協(xié)調(diào)者節(jié)點(diǎn)、路由節(jié)點(diǎn)及監(jiān)測節(jié)點(diǎn)的軟件。除正常的組建網(wǎng)絡(luò)及通信功能外,協(xié)調(diào)者節(jié)點(diǎn)具有串口通信、獲取監(jiān)測節(jié)點(diǎn)采集的數(shù)據(jù)等功能,路由節(jié)點(diǎn)具有保存監(jiān)測節(jié)點(diǎn)采集數(shù)據(jù)、記錄子節(jié)點(diǎn)狀態(tài)等功能,終端節(jié)點(diǎn)具有識別傳感器模塊及采集數(shù)據(jù)等功能。 再次,利用Visual Basic設(shè)計了危險品集裝箱安全監(jiān)測中心數(shù)據(jù)管理軟件,該軟件具有自動配置串口,數(shù)據(jù)接收及自動存儲,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)及預(yù)警信息提示,數(shù)據(jù)曲線、表格顯示,網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)滹@示,歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢及指令發(fā)送等功能。 最后,對本文所設(shè)計的船載危險品集裝安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了組網(wǎng)測試、數(shù)據(jù)采集測試及能量消耗測試。
[Abstract]:Because the transportation cycle is long, the environment is bad, the ship dangerous goods container is easy to happen the accident, moreover, the container closure and the ship personnel, the lack of equipment brings the great difficulty to the accident discovery and the processing. At present, the container monitoring system used in highway and railway transportation generally adopts the technology of RFID-GPRSU GPS and GIS, but the communication mode of this system is very important. The monitoring object and monitoring system structure are not suitable for shipborne container transportation. In recent years, wireless sensor network (WSN) technology has developed rapidly, and has become a development direction of ship automation. Low cost makes wireless sensor network (WSN) a better choice for container safety monitoring of ship-borne dangerous goods. Based on the actual requirement of container safety monitoring of ship dangerous goods, this paper designs a container monitoring system based on wireless sensor network technology. The system mainly includes wireless sensor network node and monitoring center data management software. Firstly, on the basis of JN5148 module, three kinds of hardware circuits of wireless sensor network nodes are designed, which are coordinator node, routing node and monitor node. In order to solve the problem that the monitoring objects of dangerous goods container are many and changing frequently, a "plug and play" sensor module is designed. The monitor node can identify and read the sensor module by multiplexing 12C bus. Secondly, on the basis of JenNet protocol, the software of coordinator node, routing node and monitoring node is designed. In addition to the normal network and communication function, the coordinator node has the functions of serial port communication, obtaining the data collected by monitoring node, etc. The routing node has the functions of saving the collected data of the monitoring node and recording the status of the child node, and the terminal node has the functions of identifying the sensor module and collecting the data. Thirdly, the data management software of dangerous goods container safety monitoring center is designed by using Visual Basic. The software has automatic configuration serial port, data receiving and automatic storage, system running state and warning information prompt, data curve, table display, etc. Network topology display, historical data query and command sending and other functions. At last, the safety monitoring system of ship dangerous goods assembly is tested by network, data acquisition and energy consumption.
