煤二次氧化的自燃特性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了研究不同程度的預(yù)氧化對(duì)煤二次氧化的影響,采用程序升溫試驗(yàn)裝置先對(duì)2組煤樣分別進(jìn)行不同程度的預(yù)氧化,再與未做任何處理的原煤樣共同程序升溫至170℃。結(jié)果表明:預(yù)氧化溫度越高,煤樣生成C2H4和C3H6所需溫度越低;通過(guò)對(duì)低溫氧化階段煤分子活化能的計(jì)算,得出預(yù)氧化170℃的煤樣自燃傾向性最強(qiáng);預(yù)氧化75℃的煤樣,最大放熱強(qiáng)度和耗氧速率大幅度提高,且超過(guò)預(yù)氧化170℃的煤樣及原煤樣。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of different degree of preoxidation on the secondary oxidation of coal, two groups of coal samples were preoxidized to different degrees by temperature programmed test device. The results show that the higher the pre-oxidation temperature, the lower the temperature required for the formation of C _ 2H _ 4 and C _ 3H _ 6.
