【摘要】：中小企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的重要組成部分,對(duì)保持我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展、增加就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、拉動(dòng)內(nèi)需起著舉足輕重的作用。然而,在充分肯定中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)做出的巨大貢獻(xiàn)的同時(shí),也必須清楚的認(rèn)識(shí)到中小企業(yè)在快速發(fā)展的過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,管理者過(guò)分注重生產(chǎn)效益而忽略安全生產(chǎn)和職業(yè)健康,導(dǎo)致安全生產(chǎn)事故時(shí)有發(fā)生。因此,深入分析中小企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)行為的影響因素,探索防控中小企業(yè)員工不安全生產(chǎn)行為的對(duì)策,對(duì)遏制安全生產(chǎn)事故的發(fā)生具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文運(yùn)用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型法結(jié)合實(shí)證分析方法對(duì)中小企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)行為影響因素進(jìn)行了深入研究,提出加強(qiáng)中小企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)的對(duì)策建議。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容:(1)使用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型法研究中小企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)行為影響因素,建立影響因素解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型框架,對(duì)各因素間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析,將影響因素分為根源性因素、關(guān)鍵性因素和直接性因素;(2)利用實(shí)證分析法對(duì)根源性影響因素中的政府監(jiān)管、安全培訓(xùn)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視對(duì)安全生產(chǎn)行為的影響程度進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證分析;(3)針對(duì)根源性因素并結(jié)合關(guān)鍵性因素和直接性因素提出防控中小企業(yè)不安全生產(chǎn)行為的對(duì)策建議。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中小企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)行為影響路徑是“根源性因素→關(guān)鍵性因素→直接性因素→安全生產(chǎn)行為”的過(guò)程。其中,根源性因素是影響安全生產(chǎn)行為的最根本因素,包括員工文化程度、政府監(jiān)管、安全培訓(xùn)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視,根源性因素中政府監(jiān)管對(duì)安全生產(chǎn)行為影響最顯著,其次是安全培訓(xùn)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視。因此得出結(jié)論:要想防控中小企業(yè)不安全生產(chǎn)要從根源性因素入手加強(qiáng)政府監(jiān)管力度、完善安全生產(chǎn)教育和培訓(xùn)制度、優(yōu)化企業(yè)安全管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)等。本研究成果對(duì)我國(guó)中小企業(yè)防控員工不安全生產(chǎn)行為具有重要的參考價(jià)值和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important part of our country's economy and society, which plays an important role in maintaining the sustained and stable development of our national economy, increasing employment opportunities and stimulating domestic demand. While fully affirming the great contribution made by the development of small and medium-sized enterprises to the national economy, we must also clearly recognize the problems existing in the process of rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Managers pay too much attention to production efficiency and ignore the safety of production and occupational health, which leads to accidents in production safety. Therefore, in-depth analysis of the impact of small and medium-sized enterprises on production safety behavior factors. To explore the countermeasures of preventing and controlling the unsafe production behavior of the employees in small and medium-sized enterprises. It is of great practical significance to curb the occurrence of safe production accidents. This paper uses the method of explanatory structure model and empirical analysis to deeply study the influencing factors of safe production behavior of small and medium-sized enterprises. The main content of this paper is to use the explanatory structure model method to study the influencing factors of SMEs' safety production behavior and to establish the framework of the influencing factors' explanation structure model. The relationship between each factor is analyzed and the influencing factors are divided into the root factor, the key factor and the direct factor. (2) to verify and analyze the influence of government supervision, safety training and leaders' attention on the safety behavior of production safety by using the empirical analysis method; 3) aiming at the root factors and combining the key factors and the direct factors, the countermeasures and suggestions of preventing and controlling the unsafe production behavior of small and medium-sized enterprises are put forward. The influence path of small and Medium-sized Enterprises' safe production behavior is "the Root Factor" 鈫扠ey factors. 鈫扗irect factor. 鈫扵he process of safe production behavior. Among them, the root factors are the most fundamental factors which affect the safety production behavior, including employee education, government supervision, safety training and leadership attention. Among the root factors, government supervision has the most significant influence on safe production behavior. The second is safety training and leadership attention. Therefore, it is concluded that to prevent and control the unsafe production of small and medium-sized enterprises, we should strengthen the government supervision and improve the safety education and training system from the root factors. The results of this study have important reference value and reference significance for the prevention and control of unsafe production behavior of staff in small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
